Rahul to interact with students tomorrow

Oppn corners govt on law & order in state
Patna: Opposition RJD and Congress on Tuesday hit out at the Nitish govt over the rising cases of crime and "poor" law & order in Bihar. RJD neta Tejashwi Yadav shared a list of criminal incidents in Bihar on his social media platform X and targeted PM Narendra Modi and CM Nitish Kumar. "There is a great jungle raj (maha jungle raj) in Bihar under the rule of Modi-Nitish. Two youths killed in Begusarai, a person killed in Supaul, Sukhdev Thakur shot dead in Nalanda, a 16-year-old teenager shot in Munger, JD(U) leader Soni Nishad shot in Patna, two women killed in Nalanda, and a bus driver shot dead in Patna," Tejashwi posted on X. Addressing a press conference, RJD chief spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav also criticised the BJP and JD(U). Congress state media cell chairperson, Rajesh Rathorre, said the double engine govt led by Nitish has failed to maintain law and order. State Congress president Rajesh Kumar said the BJP-JD(U) alliance has turned Bihar into a "stronghold of crime and mafias".
