Youth minister congratulates Yemeni leadership on Eid al-Adha, praising support for Palestine
Sana'a – Saba: Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad on Friday sent an Eid al-Adha congratulatory cable to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and President Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat of the Supreme Political Council. In his message, the minister extended wishes to the leadership, government, armed/security forces, and the Yemeni people, praising their steadfastness and achievements. Al-Muwalad specifically lauded the armed forces' heroic deeds, particularly the missile and drone forces' qualitative achievements and honorable stances in supporting the Palestinian cause and confronting American-Zionist aggression. The Minister emphasized strengthening national cohesion, unifying the internal front, and continuing popular mobilization. He asserted that Yemen's support for Palestine stems from religious principles and is an extension of its battle against "arrogance, colonialism, and tyranny." Minister of Youth, Acting Governor of Taiz inspect summer course activities
Taiz - Saba: Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad and Acting Governor of Taiz Ahmed al-Masawa inspected on Wednesday the summer courses in the province. Al-Muwalad and al-Masawa, along with Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region Brigadier General Mohammed al-Khalid, Province Mobilization Officer Mohammed al-Khalidi, and Director of the Youth and Sports Office Saeed al-Sanafi, inspected the summer courses' activities at al-Nour Asrar School, al-Furqan School, and al-Saeed School in Al-Samakar, and Imam Ali School in al-Jand in al-Taezeyah district. Minister al-Muwalad emphasized the importance of summer activities and courses in strengthening faith identity and instilling Quranic culture among young people, protecting them from the plots of enemies and their war against values and their efforts to corrupt societies. He pointed out that the summer courses represent an opportunity for those enrolled to acquire useful knowledge and sciences, as well as life skills, and provide them with opportunities to engage in agricultural activities, sports, and recreational programs. The Minister of Youth and Sports praised the efforts made to hold these courses, the role of the governorate's subcommittee and school administrators, and the parents who rushed their children to enroll in the summer courses. He urged greater efforts to ensure the success of these courses and activities. For his part, the Acting Governor of Taiz emphasized the importance of the summer courses in protecting students from soft war and false cultures, strengthening their connection to God, developing their knowledge and skills, and honing their various talents. Ministers meet with Youth National Team, praise players' spirit
Sa'ada - Saba: Ministers of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad and Transport and Public Works Mohammed Quhaim have met with national youth football team on during their training camp in the capital Sana'a in preparation for the Asian finals. The meeting, attended by other officials and university presidents, saw Dr. al-Muwalad express pride in the athletes representing a unified Yemen. He praised the team's high morale and highlighted the government's commitment to supporting the team's training and preparation. Minister Quhaim urged the players to strive for an honorable performance and achieve positive results, building on their previous successes. He noted that the Ministries of Transport, Youth, and Finance, following directives from Supreme Political Council member Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, are coordinating to arrange the team's air travel to Jeddah for an external training camp and participation in the Asian Cup finals. The Rector of Sa'ada University welcomed the team, emphasizing the importance of national youth unity and encouraging the players to embody the Yemeni people's determination.
