New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade abilities

Image via NetEase Games. Season 3 in Marvel Rivals has just kicked off. This season will mark the new 2-month seasonal format, where the mid-season refresh update will launch in the immediate next month. Not only that, Marvel Rivals will now introduce two new heroes each season, one in each month, starting from Season 3. In this season, fans will get to play as two popular Marvel characters - Phoenix (Jean Grey) and Blade. The former has already taken entry into the game, but the latter is yet to make his mark. Amidst all of this, the abilities of the unreleased character are now leaked. New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade's team-up ability The abilities of Blade in Marvel Rivals have already been revealed in June when popular leaker RivalsInfo leaked his kit on Twitter. Blade's kit includes Blade Chopper and Hunting Gun as his Primary Fires. On the other hand, Shift Ability features an anti-healing effect called Step and Chop, which is going to be a gamechanger. Last but not the least, his Ultimate unleashes a powerful sword chop, while charging forward. Now, the same leaker has revealed gameplay footage, featuring Blade's team-up ability. This team-up ability is called Lunar Force and needs Blade to pair-up with Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger. In this ability, Blade gets a force-field around him which makes him invisible as well, and might well make him impervious to enemy shots. It's still unconfirmed how Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger get benefited from this ability. Blade is rumored to be a Duelist in the game, so this team-up ability is going to be overpowered for sure. As a Duelist, Blade's main job will be to take entry into the site and get early frags. And the Lunar Force ability will help Blade to execute the same. His alleged anti-healing ability will make enemy players vulnerable to his Primary Fires. However, nothing has been confirmed by NetEase Games yet. But if Blade comes in all guns blazing with this rumored kit, he is surely going to be one of the most picked characters in Marvel Rivals. How to get the Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin in Marvel Rivals

Image via NetEase Games. The Season 2.5 update alone has featured a lot of hero skins in Marvel Rivals. Be it the premium skins like Ultron X-Tron, Groot Yggroot, Scarlet Witch Immortal Sovereign, or the free skins like Golden Ultron, Mister Fantastic Future Foundation, the recent mid-season refresh has it all. However, this is not the end as Marvel Rivals has recently launched a skin for our favorite MCU superhero, Moon Knight, as well. Along with it, a skin for Iron Fist has also been released as well. Everything you need to know about the Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin in Marvel Rivals The Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin has been launched in Marvel Rivals on June 20, 2025 at 2:00 AM UTC. Moon Knight along with Iron Fist marks the fourth set of shop skin after Sunshine Land Shark Jeff the Land Shark, Future Foundation Thing, and many more. Unlike his typical appearance in MCU, the Phoenix Knight skin is quite different. Similar to the Phoenix bird, the whole outfit is themed in flame red and gold. However, this version of Moon Knight might look familiar to the OG Marvel comics fans. In 2018 Avengers #36, in an attempt to obtain all the powers in the universe by the order of Khonsu, Moon Knight acquired Mjolnir and the strength of Iron First to become the Phoenix Force. And the recently released skin reminds us of that version of Moon Knight. Now, how to get this skin? Unlike all the available free skins in Marvel Rivals , you don't need to complete any quests or watch any Twitch streams to redeem this skin. As it's a paid skin, you can directly purchase it from the Store tab in the Main Menu of the game. There you will find the Featured Tab where you should definitely find it and can buy it for 1,400 units. However, if you buy the whole Phoenix Night bundle then you will get the skin as well as an MVP Animation, Emote, Nameplate, and Spray, that too for just 200 Units more. MOON KNIGHT Creator Says Character's MCU Future Is All in Kevin Feige and Oscar Isaac's Hands — GeekTyrant

It's been a while since Moon Knight wrapped its six-episode run on Disney+, and fans have been left wondering when (or if) we'll see Marc Spector and his many alter egos again in the MCU. According to series creator Jeremy Slater, your guess is as good as his. When asked about the future of the character in the MCU, he told ComicBook: 'Oh, God, I have no idea. If we do, I probably would not be involved. I am trying to launch my directing career. I am hoping to shoot in August. 'We are out to an Oscar-winning actor right now and waiting on his response, so it's very exciting. TV takes you off the board for two or three years.' Slater made it clear that the future of Moon Knight isn't something he's been looped in on. 'If there is another Moon Knight, the ball is in Kevin Feige and Oscar Isaac's court. I don't know the details of their contract. Once Kevin figures out the best way to use that character, what is the right story and who are the right storytellers to bring that to life, I would be shocked if we didn't see him again at some point. 'But, that's me speculating as a fan. I have no inside knowledge. I haven't talked to anyone at Marvel in a couple of years.' Moon Knight debuted in 2022 during Marvel's Phase 4, and since then, the character has been noticeably absent from the larger MCU, aside from a cameo in What If...? Season 3. No signs of him in Avengers: Doomsday, and Oscar Isaac has been quiet about the role ever since. With Marvel now staring down the barrel of Phase 6, and other shows like Loki and Daredevil: Born Again getting multiple seasons or major crossover moments, it's curious that Moon Knight hasn't made another appearance, especially given the show's unique mythology, unique tone, and Isaac's layered performance as a man navigating dissociative identity disorder while also moonlighting as a vigilante wrapped in Egyptian mysticism. For now, all roads point back to Feige and Isaac. Whether or not they choose to bring Moon Knight back into the fold, Slater's words suggest we shouldn't rule him out just yet. 'I would be shocked if we didn't see him again at some point.' Marvel Television head Brad Winderbaum previously explained that the Marvel Cinematic Universe absolutely has future plans for Moon Knight — they just likely won't come in the form of another TV season. Winderbaum explained: 'So I think Marvel Television has happened in waves, and I think Moon Knight happened in a wave of shows that were going to establish characters that would tie-in to the future. And moving forward our priorities have shifted. 'We're making shows as shows that can exist as annual releases, more like television. I would love to see a Moon Knight Season 2, but there are plans for Moon Knight down the road.' It's been rumored that the character could return for three Marvel movies with Avengers: Doomsday , Avengers: Secret Wars , and Midnight Suns . We'll just have to wait and see if there's any truth to those rumors.
