The French-Malian started out in the fourth tier of Italy for Team Altamura after struggling to make his way in French football.
But his performances last season for Yverdon Sport caught the eye.
His former manager Paolo Tramezzani, now at AEL Limassol, told Swiss outlet Blick in March: "Moussa is a very surprising player, who can play in all midfield positions, who has great stamina. He has rare qualities."
Baradji, who operates as a central and defensive midfielder as well as a right winger, played 27 times in the Swiss Super League last season, scoring four goals and making three assists.

One of his goals was a crucial strike in the 96th minute against Winterthur, where he rifled in a left foot effort from 20 yards to give his side a vital 2-1 win.
That kept their hopes of survival alive but, despite victory on the last day of the season against Zurich, they were relegated.
And it is claimed that could pave the way for Baradji to leave the club this summer.
Africa Foot are reporting Celtic are among the clubs interested in securing the signature of a player described as a 'box-to-box midfielder'.

But they face competition from Premier League new boys Sunderland who, according to the report, have contacted the 24-year-old's representatives.
It is claimed Fiorentina, Torino and Parma in Italy have also shown interest as well as Swiss outfit Basel and Turkish giants Galatasaray.

It's believed a bid of around £2.5million could be enough to entice the club to sell the French-Malian midfielder, who has one year left on his contract.
Meanwhile, Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn is seemingly edging closer to the door at Celtic Park.
