SWISS BLISS Celtic linked with versatile star worth £2.6million with 'rare qualities' and face competition from Premier League club
CELTIC are reportedly keeping tabs on Yverdon Sport midfielder Moussa Baradji.
According to reports, the 24-year-old has enjoyed an impressive first season in the Swiss top flight since joining from Serie C outfit Legnago in Italy last summer.

The French-Malian started out in the fourth tier of Italy for Team Altamura after struggling to make his way in French football.
But his performances last season for Yverdon Sport caught the eye.
His former manager Paolo Tramezzani, now at AEL Limassol, told Swiss outlet Blick in March: "Moussa is a very surprising player, who can play in all midfield positions, who has great stamina. He has rare qualities."
Baradji, who operates as a central and defensive midfielder as well as a right winger, played 27 times in the Swiss Super League last season, scoring four goals and making three assists.

One of his goals was a crucial strike in the 96th minute against Winterthur, where he rifled in a left foot effort from 20 yards to give his side a vital 2-1 win.
That kept their hopes of survival alive but, despite victory on the last day of the season against Zurich, they were relegated.
And it is claimed that could pave the way for Baradji to leave the club this summer.
Africa Foot are reporting Celtic are among the clubs interested in securing the signature of a player described as a 'box-to-box midfielder'.

But they face competition from Premier League new boys Sunderland who, according to the report, have contacted the 24-year-old's representatives.
It is claimed Fiorentina, Torino and Parma in Italy have also shown interest as well as Swiss outfit Basel and Turkish giants Galatasaray.

It's believed a bid of around £2.5million could be enough to entice the club to sell the French-Malian midfielder, who has one year left on his contract.
Meanwhile, Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn is seemingly edging closer to the door at Celtic Park.

The 25-year-old has been attracting interest from RB Leipzig after a stunning season and SunSport believes they are lining up a bid of around £15million.

I'm an England legend but I turned down Celtic – the missing piece of my career is that I didn't play for Rangers
He also reached a Champions League final and was a pal of Gazza WAD COULD HAVE BEEN I'm an England legend but I turned down Celtic – the missing piece of my career is that I didn't play for Rangers HIS career CV would be the envy of many a player. Played at World Cups? Check. Played in the Euros? Check. Reached a Champions League final? Check. Advertisement 3 This player was renowned for his distinctive mullet hairstyle Credit: Action Images - Reuters 3 He was a pal of Rangers icon Paul Gascoigne Credit: News Group Newspapers Ltd 3 He always wanted to play for Rangers but it never came to anything Credit: Getty But for one England legend that wasn't enough because he always wanted to play for Rangers... and it never happened. He amassed 62 caps for his country and scored six times and before going on to star at one of Europe's biggest clubs at the time, he became a hero for fans of Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur back home. The man in question was Chris Waddle, one of the most gifted footballers of his generation. Waddle, now 64, has revealed that he had a burning desire to play for Rangers but sadly, nothing ever materialised. Advertisement Though he ended up an icon at Newcastle, Waddle grew up supporting rivals Sunderland. But he always kept an eye out for the Light Blues' results, given how closed he lived to the border with Scotland as a child. Waddle helped Newcastle win promotion in 1984 and a year later he was given his first England cap after lighting up the top flight. He won himself a move to Spurs in 1985 and he continued on that upward trajectory, playing a key part in the team that reached the 1987 FA Cup final only to lose to Coventry City. Advertisement His impressive displays for Tottenham caught the eye of French giants Marseille, one of European football's powerhouses at that time. They paid £4.5million for his services (making him the third most valuable player in the world), playing alongside stars like Abedi Pele and Jean-Pierre Papin - and two other players with links to Rangers. Trevor Steven had joined Marseille form Gers (and would return to Ibrox in 1992) and French international Basile Boli would join him at Ibrox too. But Waddle never made the same move. Advertisement Marseille reached the European Cup final during Waddle's spell at the club and much of the same squad would go on to win the re-branded tournament - now known as the Champions League - in 1993. The controversial circumstances in which they won the competition is a story for another day... For Waddle, he returned from France in 1992 having been named the second best player in the WORLD by French magazine Onze Mondial and being named in the FIFA XI for 1991. He reached another FA Cup final with Sheffield Wednesday but his career was increasingly hampered by injuries and by the mid-nineties, it seemed he was destined for a change of scenery. Advertisement Waddle was approached by Celtic in 1996, when the Ibrox side were at their absolute peak. The Light Blues boasted superstars like Brian Laudrup, Ally McCoist and fellow Tyne and Wear man Paul Gascoigne. Waddle told OLBG: 'I wanted to play for Rangers but nothing ever came about. 'Celtic tried to buy me from Sheffield Wednesday but I decided against it. Advertisement 'I didn't want to go at the time. I was 35 and I decided to stay, I didn't want another move but they did come in for me." In the end, Waddle was afforded the chance to sample Scottish football when a less-than-likely suitor came calling upon his release from Sheffield Wednesday in 1996. That club was Falkirk. Then in the old First Division (second tier), the Bairns managed to sign the ageing winger in September on a month-to-month deal. Advertisement He became perhaps the biggest signing in the club's history but the move didn't quite work out, with Waddle returning to England the following month after playing in four league games, scoring one goal. Waddle was the subject of a £750,000 bid from Celtic in January, following an approach from legendary Hoops boss Tommy Burns. Such a move could have seen him join the likes of Pierre van Hooijdonk, John Collins and Paulo Di Canio (or perhaps, the Parkhead club moved onto Di Canio because they couldn't get Waddle...). The Englishman recalled: 'I went to Falkirk because I knew a guy from Sheffield Wednesday who was on their board. I had been released after an ankle injury and a minor surgery and wanted to play some football before finding another club. Advertisement 'He asked if I wanted to go and play there for a month and I went to get my fitness back before signing for Bradford. 'It was never in the plans to stay up in Scotland, but hopefully me and Falkirk did each other a favour. 'I remember the Celtic offer was when Tommy Burns was manager, he made an offer to David Pleat but I turned it down because I wanted to stay in the Sheffield area." Watch Esperance Tunis vs Chelsea in Club World Cup for free in the UK
Enzo Maresca's Chelsea are set to take on Maher Kanzari's Esperance Sportive de Tunis in the FIFA Club World Cup - here's the kick-off time, streaming details and team news Chelsea continue their Club World Cup campaign when they face Esperance Tunis. The Blues got off to a winning start at the 32-team tournament in the United States with a 2-0 win over Los Angeles FC as Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernandez found the scoresheet. However, a shock 3-1 loss to Flamengo followed in the Premier League side's second outing, with Neto's early opener being followed by second-half goals from Bruno Henrique, Danilo and Wallace Yan. Adding insult to injury, Nicolas Jackson also found himself handed a red card in the 68th minute - just four minutes after he was substituted on - for a high challenge on Ayrton Lucas. In a statement apologising for his actions after the match, Jackson wrote: "I want to say sorry. To the club, the staff, my teammates, and all the fans watching, I let you down. Another red honestly, I'm so angry at myself. "I work very hard every day to help the team not to put is in this kind of situation. I still don't fully understand how it happened. But one thing is clear: it wasn't intentional. Just a football moment that went the wrong way. No excuses." On the flip side, ES Tunis also head into Tuesday's fixture with one win and one loss to their name for the tournament thus far. The Tunisian side suffered a 2-0 loss to Flamengo in their tournament opener before securing a 1-0 win over LA FC on Friday. As a result, they currently sit third in the standings in their group. With a space in the round of 16 up for grabs, Mirror Football breaks down all the details UK-based fans need to watch the match. What time does ES Tunis vs Chelsea kick off? The Group D clash between ES Tunis and Chelsea takes place at the Lincoln Financial Field - a 67,000-capacity stadium which is home to the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. Kick-off is at 9pm local time on Tuesday, June 24, which is 2am UK time on Wednesday, June 25. What channel is Chelsea vs ES Tunis on? Channel 5 has picked up the TV rights to a select number of games taking place at the Club World Cup, with Chelsea's final group game one of them. Coverage starts at 1am on Wednesday morning and will run through until 4:25am. How can I stream ES Tunis vs Chelsea? Elsewhere, DAZN are the tournament's main rights holders, and the streaming service will show each and every game live for free across the UK. To make the most of the content, viewers must sign up to DAZN's Freemium service before they can tune in via the DAZN App on their smart TV, phone, tablet or laptop. Ad-free coverage is also available for £14.99. What's the Chelsea team news? Enzo Maresca has a fully fit 24-man squad to pick and choose from for the duration of the tournament, but a few big-name players have been left out completely. For example, Raheem Sterling and Joao Felix were left at home as the rest of the team travelled to North America after their respective loan spells at Arsenal and AC Milan. Wesley Fofana was also left in the UK following hamstring surgery in April, while Mykhaylo Mudryk remains suspended as a result of an adverse finding in a urine sample. Meanwhile, as a result of his red card, Jackson will not be available for selection against ES Tunis as he has been hit with a minimum of a one-game ban. As per FIFA's guidance: "Any player or official given a red card will miss their team's subsequent match. "In addition, further sanctions – e.g. an additional suspension or a fine – may be imposed. Red cards will not be wiped at any point during the tournament. If a player is sent off during the semi-finals, he will be suspended for the final." However, as already proven at this summer's tournament, FIFA's Disciplinary Committee has the power to lengthen a suspension should they deem an offence incredibly serious. For context, Boca Juniors stars Ander Herrera and Nicolas Figal were given four-match bans after they were sent off in their side's opener with Benfica. Should Jackson only serve a one-match ban, he will be able to return to play if Chelsea make their way through to the round of 16.

Sky Sports report that Max Aarons is currently in Glasgow putting the finishing touches on a loan move from Bournemouth. They say he's already had his medical checks and is currently going through the final stages of paperwork ahead of a switch north of the border. It's stated that there is no obligation to buy in the packaged and it is just a straight loan deal. Aarons spent time away from the Cherries on loan at Valencia last season but is set to return to the UK. The news will come as a major boost to fans who are desperate for the big recruitment drive after the 49ers takeover to kick into life. His arrival would signal the second summer signing after Lyall Cameron joined on a pre-contract from Dundee. That deal was done pre the new era with a host of other names including Leicester City defender Conor Coady on the radar of the Ibrox side.
