Tight security to ensure smooth exams in Bokaro
Bokaro: The district administration has taken strict preventive measures to ensure smooth and malpractice-free conduct of the NEET (UG) examination, scheduled on Sunday.
Chas SDO Pranjal Dhanda and Bermo SDO Mukesh Machhua have imposed prohibitory orders within a 500-yard radius of all NEET exam centres under their respective jurisdictions.

The restrictions include a ban on gathering of five or more persons, carrying or displaying any type of weapon including firearms, lathis, spears, or traditional arms organising rallies, meetings, or any demonstrations, and unauthorized movement or presence of individuals around the centres.
Only candidates, staff, police, and judicial officers associated with the exam are permitted to be present within the restricted zone.
The directive is aimed at preventing any form of interference or unfair assistance during the examination, said Vijaya Jadhav, DC, Bokaro.
A total of eight examination centres have been established in Bokaro district and six of them fall under Chas subdivision.

3. Under Bermo subdivision, Kendriya Vidyalaya CTPS Chandrapura and Plus Two High School Peterwar have been designated as centres.
