The RBC Canadian Open tees off on Thursday and players have already started to appear for the pro-am. But PGA Tour was hit with another withdrawal. Only this time, the news isn't so bad.

Greyson Sigg has decided to withdraw from the tournament midway through the pro-am because his wife went into labor. The nearly $4.5 million golfer is going to become a dad. This could be one of the best reasons for exiting the competition, if not the best.
In his place, Zac Blair, the nearly $8 million golfer, takes the field. He participated in the Charles Schwab Challenge but missed the cut just like Sigg, carding rounds of 72 and 70.

Sigg proposed to his wife Katie, the daughter of Georgia's golf coach Chris Haack, back in September of 2021. He posted a beautiful photo of himself and his fiancée flaunting the ring on her finger.

"Finally did the damn thing! Looking forward to life with my best friend ❤️. Couldn't have done it without my @clubcar. #committotheG" He captioned. They married exactly one year later in September of 2022 in Highlands, North Carolina.
Sigg is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he was teammates with Sepp Straka, the Truist Championship winner. While at Georgia, he etched his name in the program's history by recording a 71.93 scoring average, ranking sixth‑best all‑time.
Since turning professional in 2017, Sigg has competed in 117 events and made the cut in 64 of them. He has amassed nine top‑10 finishes, including one top‑5.
