NBCC share price rises 7% post Q4 Results, Dividend Announcement. Do You Own?
Stock Market Today: NBCC share price gained 7% during the intraday trades `post Q4 Results, Dividend Announcement. Do You Own? On Thursday, May 29, after the market hours, state-owned and Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd. announced a 29.4% YoY jump in net profit for the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, from Rs136.08 crore in Q4FY24 to ₹ 1725.91 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations reported by NBCC India during the January- March 2025 crore increase over 16% to ₹ 4,642.55 crore compared to ₹ 3,996.31 crore in the year ago January- March 2024 quarter. The Earnings before Interest Tax Depreciation and amortisation or EBITDA increased slightly more than 19% year over year to around ₹ 290 crore from ₹ 243.2 crore during the year ago quarter. The EBITDA margin was 6.25%, down from 6.09% during the same time period in the prior fiscal year. Subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of NBCC recommended a final dividend for FY 2024–2025 at 14%, or Rs. 0.14 /- each paid-up equity share of Rs. 1/-each (subject to TDS deduction). If a final dividend is approved at the AGM, it will be paid out within 30 days after the declaration date, said the company The NBCC share price has recently witnessed a breakout from a Head & Shoulders pattern on the daily timeframe, supported by a notable surge in trading volumes, said Sudeep Shah, Deputy Vice President, Head of Technical & Derivatives Research (Equity) at Sbi Securities. This technical development indicates a shift in sentiment and suggests the potential for further upside. Furthermore, the stock is currently trading comfortably above both its short-term and long-term moving averages, which is a strong bullish sign and reflects sustained buying interest. The daily RSI is also positioned in bullish territory, highlighting the underlying strength in momentum. Collectively, these factors point to a positive outlook for the stock in the near term, said Shah. As per the measure rule of Head & Shoulders pattern, the upside target is placed at ₹ 126, followed by ₹ 136 in the short-term. NBCC India's net profit rises 29.10% in Q4 FY25
NEW DELHI: NBCC India has reported a growth of 29.10 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹182.66 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹141.49 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹4,700.86 crore in Q4 FY25, a growth of 16.14 per cent from ₹4,047.67 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. The board of directors recommended a final dividend @14 % i.e. ₹0.14 per paid up equity share of ₹1 each for the FY 2024-25. The group has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC in Dubai Mainland, ( UAE ) on April 23, 2025 for carrying out real estate business. It has submitted a resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 in the matter of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) of Celebration City Projects (CCPPL). In case resolution plan is accepted by the committee of creditors (CoC), CCPPL will become a subsidiary of the group.

As per the release by NBCC India , it said that "this is to inform that M/s NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC has been incorporated as Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited in Dubai Mainland, UAE." Mainland, UAE Referring to the objectives of the development Navratna PSU NBCC said that the Company has been incorporated for Buying and selling of real estate in Dubai Mainland Mainland, UAE Referring to the regulatory approvals required for the acquisition NBCC India said that the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) vide their OM dated 24th February 2025 reiterated their earlier approval for setting up of wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC in Dubai. However the RBI-ODI approval is still awaited. As per NBCC (India), The Company is a newly incorporated Company with an object of executing the real estate business in main land Dubai initially for Buying and Selling the real estate. NBCC shares opened at ₹ 112.78 on the BSE on Monday and at the time of opening Navratna PSU NBCC share was higher than the previous days closing price of ₹ 111.11. One being from Planning, Designing, and execution of Construction of various Infrastructure works at NALSAR Campus, Hyderabad being awarded by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. The another was for Planning, Designing, and Execution of Construction of Hostel Block of school at Sewa Bharti, Sewa Dham, Vidya Mandir, Mandoli, New Delhi-. The combined value f there orders stood at ₹ 64.67 crore. NBCC share price had closed at ₹ 95.13 on Wednesday on the BSE. Thursday remained to be a market holiday.
