These companies, along with many others, have set August 13, 2025 as the record date for identifying and approving a list of eligible shareholders for dividends. To be considered an eligible shareholder for dividends under the T+1 settlement method, investors must have purchased stock in these companies at least one day prior to the record date. NBCC India—NBCC India declared its first interim dividend of Rs. 0.21 (21%) per equity share of Rs. 1 for the fiscal year 2025-26. InterGlobe Aviation (Indigo)—Recommended a dividend of ₹ 10/- (100%) for each equity share with a face value of ₹ 10/-, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The record date for payment of the interim dividend is August 13, 2025. The interim dividend will be paid to stockholders on or after August 24, 2025. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd—For fiscal year 2025-26, Godrej Consumer Products declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (500% on equity shares with a face value of Re. 1/- each). The Record Date for determining stockholders eligible to receive the dividend is Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The dividend will be paid on or before Saturday, September 6, 2025. NBCC share price gains on receiving work order despite weak Indian Stock Market
Stock Market Today: NBCC share price gained during the intraday trades on Tuesday despite the weak Indian stock market. The gains were led by the company announcing having received a ₹ 173 crore work order. With regular order flows, the order book is improving NBCC India Limited announced on Tuesday, 17 June 2025, having received a work order amounting to around Rs. 172.46 crore. As per the NBCC India release, it has recently been awarded the work order from UCO Bank. The work order received by NBCC India is for the construction of a modern high-rise structure of UCO Bank Head Office with Green Building Rating at New Town Kolkata. The nature of the contract is project consultancy services. The company undertakes PMC works for various government entities and bags the majority of the projects on a nomination basis. The domestic order amounts to ₹ 172.46 crore approximately. NBCC India Ltd. last week announced receiving a major ₹ 519 crore work order. This work order is related to NBCC India receiving the new Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti project. The project spans across four states, including Telangana and the three northeastern states of Assam, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh. The construction of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya' permanent campuses will be undertaken by NBCC India in these states. NBCC share price opened at ₹ 123.10 on the BSE on Tuesday, slightly higher than the previous day's closing price of ₹ 122.10. NBCC India share price at the time of opening was almost 1% higher despite the weakness in the Indian stock market. NBCC India share price, however, remained volatile thereafter amid market weakness. The NBCC share price did get a boost from its announcement pertaining to order wins during the intraday trades. NBCC India Ltd on Thursday, post the market trading hours, announced receiving a work order in the normal course of business. As per the release by NBCC (India), it has recently been awarded the new work of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The work is spread across four states, including three North Eastern states of Assam, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh, and Telangana. NBCC India will be taking up the construction work of a permanent campus of two Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in the Lohit, Pakke Kessang, Lower Slang and Lepa Rada Districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The cost of these Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya campuses is ₹ 72.33 crore, ₹ 66.53 crore, ₹ 64.75 crore and ₹ 75.90 crore, respectively. The other construction work of the permanent campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya to be taken up by NBCC India is in Sonitpur, Majuli, and Charai Deo districts of Assam with costs of up to ₹ 11.08 crore, ₹ 55.38 crore and ₹ 55.38 crore, respectively. In Manipur, NBCC India is taking up the construction work of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya campuses in the district of Noney, costing ₹ 70.29 crore. Construction of the campus at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in District Bhadradri, Kothagudem in Telangana, costing ₹ 66.85 crore, is also being taken up by NBCC India. NBCC share price opened at ₹ 117.80 on the BSE on Friday, slightly lower than the previous day's closing price of ₹ 120.70. NBCC India share price thereafter gained to scale intraday highs of ₹ 121.70 despite the Indian benchmark indices — Sensex and Nifty — trading over 1% lower.

On Thursday, May 29, after the market hours, state-owned and Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd. announced a 29.4% YoY jump in net profit for the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, from Rs136.08 crore in Q4FY24 to ₹ 1725.91 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations reported by NBCC India during the January- March 2025 crore increase over 16% to ₹ 4,642.55 crore compared to ₹ 3,996.31 crore in the year ago January- March 2024 quarter. The Earnings before Interest Tax Depreciation and amortisation or EBITDA increased slightly more than 19% year over year to around ₹ 290 crore from ₹ 243.2 crore during the year ago quarter. The EBITDA margin was 6.25%, down from 6.09% during the same time period in the prior fiscal year. Subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of NBCC recommended a final dividend for FY 2024–2025 at 14%, or Rs. 0.14 /- each paid-up equity share of Rs. 1/-each (subject to TDS deduction). If a final dividend is approved at the AGM, it will be paid out within 30 days after the declaration date, said the company The NBCC share price has recently witnessed a breakout from a Head & Shoulders pattern on the daily timeframe, supported by a notable surge in trading volumes, said Sudeep Shah, Deputy Vice President, Head of Technical & Derivatives Research (Equity) at Sbi Securities. This technical development indicates a shift in sentiment and suggests the potential for further upside. Furthermore, the stock is currently trading comfortably above both its short-term and long-term moving averages, which is a strong bullish sign and reflects sustained buying interest. The daily RSI is also positioned in bullish territory, highlighting the underlying strength in momentum. Collectively, these factors point to a positive outlook for the stock in the near term, said Shah. As per the measure rule of Head & Shoulders pattern, the upside target is placed at ₹ 126, followed by ₹ 136 in the short-term.
