On Thursday, May 29, after the market hours, state-owned and Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd. announced a 29.4% YoY jump in net profit for the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, from Rs136.08 crore in Q4FY24 to ₹ 1725.91 crore in Q4FY25.
Revenue from operations reported by NBCC India during the January- March 2025 crore increase over 16% to ₹ 4,642.55 crore compared to ₹ 3,996.31 crore in the year ago January- March 2024 quarter.
The Earnings before Interest Tax Depreciation and amortisation or EBITDA increased slightly more than 19% year over year to around ₹ 290 crore from ₹ 243.2 crore during the year ago quarter. The EBITDA margin was 6.25%, down from 6.09% during the same time period in the prior fiscal year.
Subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of NBCC recommended a final dividend for FY 2024–2025 at 14%, or Rs. 0.14 /- each paid-up equity share of Rs. 1/-each (subject to TDS deduction).
If a final dividend is approved at the AGM, it will be paid out within 30 days after the declaration date, said the company
The NBCC share price has recently witnessed a breakout from a Head & Shoulders pattern on the daily timeframe, supported by a notable surge in trading volumes, said Sudeep Shah, Deputy Vice President, Head of Technical & Derivatives Research (Equity) at Sbi Securities.
This technical development indicates a shift in sentiment and suggests the potential for further upside. Furthermore, the stock is currently trading comfortably above both its short-term and long-term moving averages, which is a strong bullish sign and reflects sustained buying interest. The daily RSI is also positioned in bullish territory, highlighting the underlying strength in momentum. Collectively, these factors point to a positive outlook for the stock in the near term, said Shah.
As per the measure rule of Head & Shoulders pattern, the upside target is placed at ₹ 126, followed by ₹ 136 in the short-term. While, on the downside, the zone of ₹ 110-109 is likely to provide the cushion in case of any immediate decline, added Shah

Noise barriers to come up at six flyovers in A'bad
Ahmedabad: Acting on complaints from city residents, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation plans to install noise barriers on six more flyovers in the city, including those at Shivranjani, Pallav and AEC junctions, to reduce noise pollution caused by vehicles. The AMC has already installed these barriers on the Income Tax junction flyover and Thakkarbapanagar bridge, completing the work for Rs 1.82 crore. Although a tender was issued for the installation of six new noise barriers, the corporation did not receive bids. So a fresh tender has been issued, sources said. Standing committee chairman Devang Dani said, "Complaints about noise pollution from societies near flyovers or railway overbridges are commonplace. Noise barriers have been installed on the Income Tax flyover and Thakkarbapanagar bridge. To reduce noise pollution in the city, plans are underway to install noise barriers on six flyovers/railway overbridges." At present, there are 92 bridges in the city, with work on 13 bridges in progress. By 2024-25, the corporation plans to complete work on the Ghodasar split flyover, Pallav Junction flyover, Paldi Jalaram railway underpass, Chandkheda railway underpass, IOC Chandkheda underpass, D-Cabin railway underpass, Makarba railway underpass and Chenpur underpass. Sindhu Bhavan multilevel parking: AMC opts for sale deed to bypass 18% GST
Ahmedabad: The civic body's policy making body has opted to sell 16 offices and 29 shops in the Sindhu Bhavan Multilevel Parking Complex through sale deeds, bypassing the 18% GST applicable on 99-year lease deeds. Previously, the AMC leased out properties for 99 years, but the GST had prompted a change. In July 2023, AMC attempted to sell 68 shops floor-wise in the same complex, offering 12,868.62 sq m of office-type space on the ground, first and fifth floors at a base price of Rs 197 crore. The auction failed to attract buyers for the first and fifth floors. Only one bidder emerged for the 4,158.33 sq m ground floor, bidding Rs 80 crore, though payment remains pending. AMC has now extended the deadline and will now auction the remaining units via sale deed. Standing committee chairman Devang Dani confirmed, "If the property is sold through a 99-year lease deed, GST is applicable. So now, the shops/offices will be sold via sale deed."
