'Merely appearing and processing score card does not confer any right to the candidate for further selection,' the agency stated in a public notice released on May 18, 2025. Eligibility verification and admission will be carried out by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) during the subsequent stages. As per the NTA, 'the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by NCHMCT.' The NTA has further added that it bears no responsibility for the correctness or genuineness of the information or documents uploaded during the application process.
