Welcome to another edition of New TV Shows. This week, a father-daughter spy duo returns to Netflix. Mexican singer Lucero stars in Our Times , Nick Mohammed joins two Hollywood stars in a Prime Video movie and the continuation of To Barcelona, With Love comes to Hallmark Channel. Some exciting series, including one about journalists and exposure, are premiering this week. Get ready because things are about to get good. Here's what's new on TV for June 8-14. NEW ON TV, JUNE 8-14 June 10 – The Kollective After a plane crash, a group of young citizen journalists known as The Kollective get together to uncover what truly happened. The group believes the crash wasn't an accident, so they decide to investigate and discover a global conspiracy that includes government corruption. Hulu's newest series, The Kollective , stars Natascha McElhone, Celine Buckens, Felix Mayr, Grégory Montel, Karel Roden, Cassiopée Mayance, Martha Canga Antonio and Ralph Amoussou. The Kollective premieres Tuesday, June 10 at Midnight/11c on Hulu. The film tells the story of two physicists who, in 1966, discover time-travel and land in 2025. While Nora is happy because she can thrive in a world that celebrates women, Héctor can't find himself in this new reality. Now, Nora must decide if she goes back in time with the man she loves or stays in a time that empowers her. Our Times premieres Wednesday, June 11 at 3/2 am on Netflix. June 12 – Deep Cover Prime Video is releasing a new movie that includes Bryce Dallas Howard, Orlando Bloom and Nick Mohammed. The film, written by Derek Connolly, Colin Trevorrow and Ben Ashenden, follows three improv actors who are asked to go undercover in London's criminal underworld. Can they complete the task? Deep Cover premieres Thursday, June 12 at 3/2 am on Prime Video. RELATED: On Location: Es Saadi Marrakesh Resort on The Night Manager Season 1 June 12 – FUBAR Arnold Schwarzenegger and Monica Barbaro are back for FUBAR Season 2. After the ending of Season 1, Luke and his team will have to figure out who the rat is among them since their identities have been exposed. The cast still includes Travis Van Winkle, Fortune Feimster, Milan Carter, Scott Thompson, Fabiana Udenio, Andy Buckley, Jay Baruchel, Adam Pally, Tom Arnold, Aparna Brielle and Barbara Eve Harris. FUBAR Season 2 premieres Thursday, June 12 at 3/2 am on Netflix. June 13 – Echo Valley Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney star in Apple TV+'s newest film, Echo Valley . The movie tells the story of a mother and daughter with a complicated relationship. Things get more tense when Claire shows up at her mother's house covered in someone else's blood. As a mother, Kate pushes the limits to find out how far one can go to protect their child. Echo Valley premieres Friday, June 13 on Apple TV+. That is where she meets a farmer and ends up in a complicated engagement herself to save his family legacy. Alison Sweeney and Ashley Williams return for this movie. Welcome to another edition of New TV Shows. This week, a new spin-off is coming to our screens to celebrate the legacy of a beloved TV show on TNT. Get ready because things are about to get good. Two animated series are coming back for fans that are sure to make fans happy. A new story about a group of friends is coming for a new generation of young adult viewers. And one of the longest-running groups of girlfriends is back for another season. Some exciting series, including one with Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks, are premiering this week. Here's what's new on TV for May 25-31. NEW ON TV, MAY 25-31 May 25 – The Librarians: The Next Chapter The Librarians franchise is expanding on TNT with The Librarians: The Next Chapter . This new show will focus on a time-traveling librarian and his team as they do their best to protect the world from magical artifacts and the dangers that come with them. The series premiere will take place on two different nights, immersing viewers into this new but well-known world. The Librarians: The Next Chapter premieres Sunday, May 25 at 10/9c on TNT. RELATED: Everything Coming to Netflix in June 2025 May 25 – Rick and Morty The last season of Rick and Morty aired its last episode in December 2023. 17 months later, fans can enjoy the premiere of Season 8. The show continues to tell stories in which ordinary events turn into messy ordeals that lead the main characters through life-or-death situations. The first episode finds Morty and Summer going through existential agony after not returning Rick's phone charger. Rick and Morty Season 8 premieres Sunday, May 25 at 11/10c on Adult Swim. May 27 – The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy If animated series for adults are your thing, you'll be happy to know The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy returns for another season this week. The second season of the show still finds the two alien doctors tackling anxiety-eating parasites, illegal time loops and deep-space STIs. All eight episodes come out on the same night. The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy Season 2 premieres Tuesday, May 27 at 3/2 am on Prime Video. Mike Elassal, Lucy Freyer, Jack Innanen, Amita Rao and Owen Thiele are the actors behind this group of five friends living together. The friends are staying in one of their childhood homes as they navigate the anxieties of life in their 20s. Adults premieres Wednesday, May 28 at 9/8c on FX. May 29 – The Better Sister Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks play sisters on Prime Video's newest limited series, The Better Sister . Sister number one is a high-profile media executive who seems to be living the perfect life with her husband and son. Sister number two struggles to make it to the end of the month. When sister number one's husband is murdered, the sisters must reunite to untangle their family history. The Better Sister premieres Thursday, May 29 at 3/2 am on Prime Video. Q follows the story of an Edinburgh-based police department where a brash and brilliant cop must lead a group of misfits to solve crimes. The series includes Matthew Goode, Kelly Macdonald, Alexej Manvelov and Mark Bonnar. Dept. Q premieres Thursday, May 29 at 3/2 am on Netflix. May 29 – And Just Like That… Everyone's favorite group of girlfriends is returning to MAX for its third season this week. While fans continue to tune in to see what happens with Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda, they are also intrigued by the amazing actors who have guest-starred in past seasons. For Season 3, the show is bringing Rosie O'Donnell, Patti LuPone, Cheri Oteri, Jackie Hoffman and Ryan Serhant to portray new characters who will complicate everything. And Just Like That… Season 3 premieres Thursday, May 29 at 9/8c on MAX. The film tells the story of a man who was found in Valencia in 2017 with seven stab wounds. As the Homicide Group looks into his murder, all evidence points back to the widow. While on the outside she seems sweet and serene, she might be hiding a terrible truth. A Widow's Game premieres Friday, May 30 at 3/2 am on Netflix. May 31 – Mountainhead For most fans, Jesse Armstrong is the brilliant mind behind MAX's Succession . While that is a tremendous title to be known by, Armstrong continues to expand his imperium with new projects. This time, he is making his directorial debut with the movie Mountainhead . The film follows tech billionaire friends who reunite in the middle of an international crisis. The cast includes Steve Carell, Jason Schwartzman, Cory Michael Smith and Ramy Youssef. Welcome to another edition of New TV Shows. This week, world-renowned leading ladies are taking to the small screen and leading new streaming series. Get ready because things are about to get good. Nine new strangers will come together for the second season of Nine Perfect Strangers on Hulu. An NBC show is returning to say goodbye to its fans after four remarkable seasons. And John Krasinski and Natalie Portman star in Apple TV+'s newest project. Some exciting series, including one for fans of cars and the Fast & Furious franchise, are premiering this week. Here's what's new on TV for May 18-24. NEW ON TV, MAY 18-24 May 20 – Motorheads If you are a fan of the Fast & Furious movies, Prime Video's new series might be the right choice. Mothorheads tells the story of a group of outsiders who become friends against all odds. They are united by their love of street racing, which helps them navigate the unspoken rules of high school. The show includes Melissa Collazo, Mia Healey, Josh Macqueen and Michael Cimino. Motorheads premieres Tuesday, May 20 at 3/2 am on Prime Video. RELATED: Prime Video Renews Fallout for Season 3 May 21 – Nine Perfect Strangers One group of strangers wasn't enough, so Nine Perfect Strangers returns with its second group this week. Nicole Kidman is still the lead of the show, and this season she is joined by Murray Bartlett, Christine Baranski, Annie Murphy, Dolly De Leon, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, King Princess, Aras Aydin, Lucas Englander, Mark Strong and Lena Olin. With a new group of nine strangers, Masha leads the wellness retreat in the Austrian Alps. In one week, she pushes them to the brink, and now we must find out if they make it through. Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 premieres Wednesday, May 21 at Midnight/11c on Hulu. May 21 – Nine Puzzles A new South Korean show arrives at Hulu and Disney+ this week. Nine Puzzles follows the story of Yoon Ena, a high school student who discovers the body of her murdered uncle. Next to the body, she discovers a single puzzle piece that makes no sense. When the police question her, Ena is unable to answer how she got to the crime scene and becomes the prime suspect. Nine Puzzles premieres Wednesday, May 21 at Midnight/11c on Hulu and Disney+. The series tells the story of Antoinette Dunkerson as she assumes the role of lieutenant governor. She the People Part I premieres Thursday, May 22 at 3/2 am on Netflix. May 22 – Sirens Julianne Moore, Meghann Fahy, Milly Alcock, Kevin Bacon and Glenn Howerton star in Netflix's Sirens . This limited series was created by Molly Smith Metzler, based on her play Elemeno Pea . The story takes place throughout one weekend at a luxury beach home. Focusing on different dynamics, it centers on Devon's concern for her sister's unhealthy relationship with her new boss. Sirens premieres Thursday, May 22 at 3/2 am on Netflix. The two-hour premiere reintroduces viewers to Bash as he gets ready to finish his residency at York Memorial, which means he will requalify as a doctor. He and his sister are still navigating the reality of their adopted country. Transplant Season 4 premieres Thursday, May 22 at 8/7c on NBC. May 23 – Fountain of Youth This upcoming Friday is all about new and exciting movies. Apple TV+ premieres Fountain of Youth with John Krasinski and Natalie Portman playing estranged siblings. The two plan a global heist that will lead them to the mythological Fountain of Youth. With their extensive history knowledge, they hope to solve the clues that will change their lives forever. Eiza González, Domhnall Gleeson and Stanley Tucci join Krasinski and Portman. Fountain of Youth premieres Friday, May 23 at Midnight/11c on Apple TV+. This fourth movie finds the it girls of Shadyside High competing for the role of Prom Queen. However, things get weird when they begin to disappear one by one, and an outsider realizes she is in for one fearsome prom night. Ariana Greenblatt, India Fowler, Ella Rubin, Fina Strazza and Suzanna Son lead the cast of this newest film. Fear Street: Prom Queen premieres Friday, May 23 at 3/2 am on Netflix. May 24 – Our Unwritten Seoul Twins Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae grew up being completely different, except for the fact that their faces are identical. Yoo Mi Ji was known for her athletic spirit in school and now lives a free-spirited life. Yoo Mi Rae has always led the path of elitism and is now working at a public corporation. The series follows them as things change when the two decide to switch lives for a reason only known to them. Our Unwritten Seoul premieres Saturday, May 24 at 3/2 am on Netflix.
