SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) – Campbell Memorial outlasted LaBrae 64-62 in the Division VI boys basketball district championship game at Salem High School on Saturday night. The game was televised live as the WKBN High School Basketball Game of the Week. Following the win, Campbell head coach Nick Canterino spoke with Chad Krispinsky. COLUMBIANA, Ohio (WKBN) – Campbell Memorial boys basketball downs Columbiana 83-48, in the Division VI District Semifinal. Watch above for extended highlights and interviews with the Red Devil's coach and player. 'Our community showed up, our kids kind of fed off that,' said Campbell head coach Nick Canterino 'We had some big shots early. Keep playing, just excited for Saturday.' Campbell's Sway Rodriguez scored a game-high 28 points in the win. Jared Colon scored 16 and Teyon Harris 15 points. 'It's really my team, my teammates help give me the confidence,' said Rodriguez. 'If I make it or miss it, they tell me, keep shooting, so that's what I'm going to do. Columbiana's Carter Johnson and Brayden Clancy each scored a team-high nine points in the loss. The Red Devils made 15 three-point shots and seven in the first quarter in the victory. With the win Campbell is now on a five-game win streak. The highlight of the game came from Teyon Harris with an emphatic dunk in the third quarter. Columbiana ends the season with a record of (19-4). Campbell advances to (20-4).
