Sri City: Aisan Auto Parts India Pvt. Ltd., a leading Japanese automotive components manufacturer based in Sri City, in partnership with Sri City Foundation, has successfully executed key infrastructure projects under its CSR programme. The initiative includes the construction of a kitchen room and a modern toilets block at the Government High School for Girls in Sullurpeta, and a well-designed building for the Anganwadi Centre at RC Puram village, located near Sri City. The new facilities, developed at a cost of Rs 18.8 lakh, were ceremoniously inaugurated on Friday by MD of Aisan Auto Parts India Yasunori Sakaue and CSR Director of Sri City Foundation Nireesha Sannareddy at both locations. Speaking on the occasion, Yasunori Sakaue expressed satisfaction at being able to contribute to the betterment of children's education and hygiene, and reaffirmed Aisan's long-term commitment to supporting meaningful CSR initiatives. Nireesha Sannareddy commended Aisan's proactive engagement and reiterated the Sri City Foundation's ongoing dedication to enhancing educational and healthcare infrastructure across the region. With over 600 students and just 12 toilets, girls faced a lot of inconvenience. The new toilet block has brought huge relief, said the Headmistress of Sullurpeta Girls high school. In RC Puram, space crunch was a challenge as both the school and Anganwadi centre shared a single building while the new facility solved the problem.

Vijayawada: In what could be a big relief to the girl students of a government high school in Sullurpet, a leading Japanese automotive components manufacturer based in Sri City, Aisan Auto Parts India Pvt. Ltd in partnership with Sri City foundation, has completed the construction of washroom block. The girls high school which has more than 600 students has just 12 toilets. The girl students have been struggling in silence due to the shortage of washrooms for long. The automotive major has decided to construct an ultra-modern toilet block at the govt school soon after the issue came to its notice through Sri City foundation. The key infrastructure project, which was taken up under its CSR programme includes the construction of a kitchen room and a modern toilets block at the government high school for girls in Sullurupet. It has also taken up a well-designed building for the anganwadi centre in RC Puram village, located near Sri City. TIRUPATI: International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF) India company based in Sri City, inaugurated a Community Library and Resource Centre in Vaddipalem village of Varadayapalem Mandal on Friday. The initiative was undertaken in collaboration with the Rural Education and Development (REED) organisation which forms part of IFF's ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) outreach. The centre was formally inaugurated by Head of Operations at IFF India Saravanan Arunachalam, and Director (CSR), Sri City Nireesha Sannareddy. The facility features a well-equipped library, computer lab, multipurpose training hall, and dedicated spaces for children and women. It aims to nurture reading and writing skills, vocational training and health awareness programmes among schoolchildren and youth. The centre has a rich collection of books, with digital content tailored for spoken English, competitive exams, and higher education preparation. Speaking on the occasion, Saravanan Arunachalam affirmed IFF's dedication to enabling educational access in rural areas and encouraged the local community to take full advantage of the new facility. Nireesha Sannareddy commended IFF for its proactive CSR engagement and expressed confidence that the initiative would significantly benefit students, women, and youth across Vaddipalem and nearby villages.
