A Coop adjustable memory foam pillow that might sound like a lot to spend on a single pillow at first, but if you seem to constantly wake up with new neck or shoulder pains, it's beyond worth it. Coop pillows are full of adjustable shredded memory foam — add foam in for a firmer pillow, take foam out for a softer one. Target Promising review:"I've had this for about a year now and it's the best pillow I've ever had. It's the perfect density — my head and neck are supported, but I never get a stiff neck because the foam still has some plush that you expect from down pillows.
