Tom Cruise Just Stood by His Rumored GF After She Was Accused of Shading His Ex-Wife Nicole Kidman's Appearance
The Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas relationship seems to be a thing. The pair has yet to confirm they're actually together, but context clues are doing the brunt of the work here. The couple was first linked in February 2025 after being spotted together at dinner. At the time, sources called it platonic, but considering the two have been hanging out together recently, including at the Oasis reunion show at Wembley Stadium on July 26, it seems things might have turned romantic. Another big hint? The fact that Ana de Armas liked a pretty negative post about her alleged boyfriend's ex, Nicole Kidman. The post in question threw shade at Kidman for speaking out about cosmetic surgeries. Alongside a comparison of Kidman from 1996 to 2024, there were screenshots from a Marie Claire interview with the actress. 'When you keep it real #nicolekidman,' @celebmess wrote in the caption. More from StyleCaster Katie Holmes Just Subtly Reacted to Rumors of Tom Cruise's 'Love Affair' With an Actress 26 Years Younger Than Him How Ben Affleck Really Feels About Tom Cruise Dating Ex Ana De Armas After He Declared His 'Love' for Latinas Related: Who has Ana de Armas dated? In the interview, Kidman was specifically asked about posts that speculate about her appearance. 'To be honest, I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything. I wear sunscreen, and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. And I'm very proud to say that.' The aforementioned post said, 'So she hasn't used Botox? 'No,' she replies, exasperated. 'Anybody can do anything to themselves, their bodies. I have no judgment on it. I personally believe in physical health because of the way I was raised. I can't go in the sun; I'm fair-skinned. That was a nightmare when I was a kid, but it has some benefits now. It's that simple. I still had one skin cancer on my leg, because I put my legs in the sun.' To close it out, a meme from The Brady Bunch of Marsha saying, 'Sure, Jan,' in a condescending tone. Clearly shade. And Ana de Armas liked it. If anyone was expecting a reaction from Cruise about it, then what happened afterwards speaks pretty loudly. After all, the two were spotted showing some PDA while on a Vermont getaway during the weekend. And walking hand in hand down the street in casual clothes doesn't exactly scream this couple isn't seeing eye to eye on something. Back in February, People reported that the two were just 'discussing potential collaborations down the line' and that the two 'appeared to have no romantic connection, just friends.' We can probably say that's not the case anymore. As for Cruise and Kidman, the two announced their divorce in February 2001 with a press release that focused on the 'difficulties inherent of diverging careers which constantly keep them apart.' In 2002, Cruise told Vanity Fair about the divorce, 'She knows why, and I know why. She's the mother of my children, and I wish her well. And I think that you just move on. And I don't say that lightly. I don't say that with anything.' The Mission: Impossible star then went on to date and marry Katie Holmes, with whom he shares daughter Suri. That marriage also did not last, and now it seems like Cruise has moved on again. Whether this relationship lasts, we'll just have to wait and see. The Oasis Effect: Which bands should reunite next?
No one thought that the Gallagher brothers would be able to bury the hatchet, but lo and behold, Oasis reunited after 16 years away from the stage and are currently selling out their Live '25 tour. Which begs the question: If Liam and Noel can put their volatile ways behind them and patch things up, who else can get back on the road for a (highly lucrative) tour? Some reunion yearnings are wishful thinking - bordering on pipe dreams - while others will just never happen. And maybe it's for the best. We're looking at you, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Smiths and Fleetwood Mac. However, with Jenny Lewis' band Rilo Kiley hitting the road once more after nearly 20 years apart; Aerosmith's Joe Perry stating that the band could reunite for a proper send-off after their farewell tour was abandoned in 2023 due to Steven Tyler sustaining damage to his vocal chords; and underappreciated British post-rockers Hope Of The States recently announcing a comeback after 18 years of inactivity, anything's possible... Here are our five picks for the musical acts we'd like to see play together again. R.E.M. When American alternative rockers R.E.M. split in 2011 after more than three decades together, frontman Michael Stipe said there would be no reunion. That was that. Not that there was ever any bad blood: they simply called it quits because they accomplished everything they wanted. "We walk away with a great sense of gratitude, of finality, and of astonishment at all we have accomplished,' the band stated at the time. 'To anyone who ever felt touched by our music, our deepest thanks for listening." Fair enough. What are the odds? Slim, but Stipe, Mike Mills, Peter Buck and Bill Berry did come together last year to perform 'Losing My Religion' at the Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony... It had been 15 years since they last played live, and while it was billed as a one-off, it was great seeing and hearing them perform together again. The band also reissued their debut single 'Radio Free Europe' in May to help out the real and financially struggling titular organisation. Hope springs eternal... Daft Punk The French duo who were at the center of the French Touch movement may not be together anymore, but they remain one of the most influential acts in electronic dance music. Between 1997 and 2013, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo released four albums. Seven if you count the 2010 Tron: Legacy soundtrack and both 1997 and 2007 live albums. Then, in 2021, they announced their split – explosively. And during the height of Covid, no less. Taking off masks during a pandemic? What were they thinking?? Since then, fans have been clamoring for a comeback... What are the odds? Don't hold your breath. Even the Paris Summer Olympic Games couldn't get them back on stage last year. Since their break, Homem-Christo and Bangalter still share a studio, with the latter releasing a solo orchestral album called 'Mythologies'. Still, it hasn't been that long since they disbanded – give them time. We hold out hope. Outkast Big Boi (Antwan Patton) and André 3000 (André Benjamin) formed one of the most influential hip-hop acts out there, and their six studio albums remain joys to listen to. Especially the back-to-back triumphs of 'Aquemini' (1998), 'Stankonia' (2000) and 'Speakerboxxx/The Love Below' (2003). We miss them. What are the odds? It's feasible. It's been more than 10 years since Outkast have performed together, and enough's enough. Granted, pressures to succeed led to the duo's hiatus, but considering a hiatus can be more likened to an ellipsis than a clean break, there's still a chance. And while André 3000 seems content with releasing new-age woodwind music right now (as well as underwhelming 'piano sketches'), the fact that Outkast were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year feels like another reminder that the boys should get back in the studio and prove that their sixth studio album 'Idlewild' (2006) needn't be their swansong. Talking Heads Another legendary act in need of a comeback... The art rock pioneers wowed everyone from the late 70s to the late 80s with classic albums like 'Talking Heads: 77', 'Fear of Music' and the peerless 'Remain in Light'. Then there's that live album to beat all live albums: 1984's 'Stop Making Sense'. The band released their last album, 'Naked', in 1988, before splitting in 1991... Understandably so, as the members aren't huge fans of each other. David Byrne has acknowledged the tensions, while bassist Tina Weymouth once described the frontman as 'a man incapable of returning friendship.' Ouch. Add to that drummer Chris Frantz writing some scathing passages about Byrne in his autobiography, and you've got yourself four music legends who are happier apart. What are the odds? We nearly got there this year. Or so we thought. The band had been teasing an announcement last month, and fans were hoping for a reunion. It turned out to be the first ever music video for their iconic hit 'Psycho Killer', starring Saoirse Ronan – released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Talking Heads' live debut. Still, baby steps and all that... David Byrne's solo career continues – with the release of 'Who Is The Sky?' in September – and he described the relationship between all four members of Talking Heads as 'cordial'. A significant improvement. Still, any plans for a reunion don't seem to be on the cards. People have tried though: Billboard reported that Coachella had offered them $80 million for a reunion in 2024. The offer was declined. Anyone got a spare $100m tucked away somewhere? The Fugees In 1996, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michael released their second album, 'The Score', and it became the best-selling hip-hop album by a group in history - with 22 million copies sold worldwide. They split up – acrimoniously - at the height of their success in 1997, with each member going solo. A year later, Hill dropped her groundbreaking debut solo album, 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill', which also went on to shatter records and cement the artist as the reigning queen of hip-hop. What are the odds? As the French would(n't) say: il y a du boeuf. Chronicling the beef between The Fugees members would make this article endless, and their drama makes the Gallagher brothers' tiffs look like child play. Put simply: there's no love lost. To put it mildly. Before you lose all hope for a reunion, the band did reform between 2004 and 2007. They toured together but once again, the relationships between them deteriorated. In 2007, Pras told "Before I work with Lauryn Hill again, you will have a better chance of seeing Osama Bin Laden and (George W.) Bush in Starbucks having a latte, discussing foreign policies, before there will be a Fugees reunion.' Then, Wyclef Jean revealed in his 2012 autobiography 'Purpose' that his tumultuous affair with Lauryn Hill led to the band's ruin. The last chapter (so far) in this emotional rollercoaster came in 2021, when The Fugees announced a reunion tour to celebrate 25 years of 'The Score'. It was postponed due to COVID and rescheduled for August 2024... Before being quietly called off three days before the first show, with no reason given. Ready or Not? We've been ready for a while now. Please get it together. Which acts did we miss and who would you like to see on stage once more? The Oasis tour continues. After 19 dates in the UK and Ireland come stops in North and South America, Asia and Australia - ending in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 23 November. Solve the daily Crossword

Oasis fans disagree over Wembley and Heaton Park gigs comparison as Liam Gallagher delivers three-word verdict
Liam Gallagher gave a three-word assessment of the crowd at Oasis' first gig at Wembley Stadium last night (July 25). The band are to play a total of seven nights in the capital between now and September as part of their Live '25 reunion tour. They'll play Friday, July 25 followed by further dates on Saturday, July 26, Wednesday, July 30, Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3. READ MORE: Britain's Got Talent judge quits panel as huge star 'in talks' to take over READ MORE: Hollywood director spotted behind monitors at final Billie Eilish gig in Manchester There will then be an eight-week gap which will see Oasis perform dates in Edinburgh and Dublin, and abroad, before they return for their two final dates at Wembley on Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28. Playing to a sold-out crowd, clips of around 81,000 people bouncing to Cigarettes and Alcohol have already begun to go viral on social media. Liam praised the crowd's energy, saying they had been 'loud as f***'. Introducing Champagne Supernova, which is the final song of the show, he addressed the crowd: 'Right then London you f***ing mad-heads. "You've been amazing, man. Loud as f***. "Nice one for making this happen, it's good to be f***ing back." Comparisons have already begun between the crowds at Wembley and Heaton Park, where the brothers completed a string of five nights last Monday (July 20). "Definitely better than Heaton [Park]", wrote one user under a video of the crowd posted by Wembley's TikTok account. "It's definitely not", came the quick reply from another user. Announced last August, two days before the 30th anniversary of their debut album Definitely Maybe, the reunion tour was the biggest concert launch ever seen in the UK and Ireland. An estimated 630,000 people will watch them at Wembley before the tour heads to North America in the autumn. It had been Manchester United fans in the firing line at Heaton Park - but even fans at Wembley couldn't escape some teasing from Liam about their favourite football team. "Don't be booing Arsenal fans," he told the crowd as he instructed them to do the Poznan bounce. "Just because you're not top of the league. It isn't our f***ing problem." The band also paid tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne, projecting a huge portrait of the singer onto the big screen before launching into Rock N Roll Star, which they dedicated to Osbourne.

Oasis, Wembley Stadium, review: Enough tears to fix the water shortage
I was slightly hoping, from a purely critical point of view, that the eighth concert of Oasis's much-hyped reunion tour – and their first of seven shows at London's Wembley Stadium – might somehow deviate from the raucous joy-filled carnival of the first seven. Some on-stage tension between Liam Gallagher and older brother Noel, perhaps. Or a steadfast refusal by Liam to sing the right notes in the right order. Britpop's enfants terribles couldn't still be on blistering form, could they? Well, yes. Scorching form, actually. This was raw, loud, bracingly unpretentious, thankfully apolitical… and proof that rock and roll is the ultimate democratic artform. The stage set was simple. Liam, in fine voice and sporting a velvet beanie hat, may have looked like an urban gillie, but, my goodness, his voice was powerful. Some Might Say and Slide Away were momentous. And Noel seemed the most relaxed he's been all tour. This was the gig at which all the band's celebrity chums were present. Sienna Miller, Noel's ex-wife Meg Mathews, and tennis star Jack Draper, were among the celebs. But they were, at best, a side show. This was all about the 90,000 fans. I pulled pints at an Oasis concert in Finsbury Park in 2002 – after the band's mid-1990s imperial phase but before they imploded in 2009 – and it was among the most miserable days of my working life. Pouring rain and 50,000 gnarly drunk people. A corridor of police horses awaiting outside. No thanks. Here, the intoxication was celebratory. What changed? Nostalgia's a mollifying cushion. But mainly those fans grew up and had kids, many of whom were here. The sense of occasion was off the scale, and rightly so. Oasis are only playing 17 UK shows; they'd need to play 170 to satisfy last year's demand for tickets. The band were tight, held together by rhythm guitarist Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs. He left the band in 1999 but, as tonight proved, provided the 'Oasis chug' that gave many of the songs their heft. Noel's solo numbers – Little by Little and The Masterplan – were the emotional heart of this extraordinary show. Live Forever, with Liam back on vocal duty, was dedicated to the late Ozzy Osbourne. It's astonishing that all but three of the 23 songs played tonight were released in an 18-month blitzkrieg between April 1994 and October 1995, many of them as B-sides. Surely only The Beatles between 1962's Love Me Do and 1964's Can't Buy Me Love can beat that in terms of mass cultural impact. Or perhaps ABBA, following the release of SOS in 1975. The rockers, like Roll With It and Rock 'n' Roll Star were phenomenal. Yet the music's only one thing. These concerts matter for another reason. The economy's shrinking, taxes are rising, pubs are permanently shuttering, trains are creaking, supermarket food costs so much it's security tagged and Britain hasn't produced a decent mainstream rock band for decades. In other words, the UK feels about as effervescent as Keir Starmer's haircut right now. Reasons to be cheerful? Lionesses, Lions and Bazballers aside, there aren't any. So, believe it or not, something as slight as a rock concert by greying men in their 50s can actually make a difference. Sometimes the shallow end is where the important stuff happens. If last summer belonged to the Swifties, this summer belongs to Oasis and their fans. Here's a way to end the current water shortage. Attach a water butt to Wembley and catch 90,000's people's tears. When Noel sang Don't Look Back in Anger, and Liam Wonderwall, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Extraordinary scenes. Will there be more after this tour? I don't know, but assuming vocal cords and brotherly relations hold firm, I'd bet they do three or four Knebworths next summer with a valedictory sign-off at Glastonbury 2027. They'd be daft not to. Prepare to refresh your browser. It was utterly mesmerising.
