Liam Gallagher's lovechild mother ‘capitalises' on Oasis reunion with HUGE maintenance fees demands

THE mother of Liam Gallagher's lovechild is trying to 'capitalise' on the Oasis reunion to get him to pay almost £500,000 in yearly maintenance fees, a court heard yesterday. The Wonderwall singer's lawyers blasted Liza Ghorbani's 'extreme expenses' and said there was no reason for the rock star to pay them. 8 She wants a new agreement with Liam, 52, in relation to their 12-year-old daughter Gemma, who has autism. New York's Supreme Court was told he has paid more than $1million (£738,000) since a 2015 court order. He later agreed to pay $240,000 (£177,000) towards Gemma's school and autism-related expenses after being informed of her having the condition in 2021. But she is now demanding a total of around $670,000 (£494,490) per year from Liam to cover basic child support and expenses. Under her new proposal, she would get $420,000 a year in child support, plus a further payment of $250,000. But Liam's lawyer Judy Poller told the court: 'The child does have autism and Mr Gallagher appreciates the stresses and the challenges for the child. "However, there needs to be a reality here... the fact is, they are seeking this money because Mr Gallagher is about to endeavour on a new musical adventure. 'He will be going on tour, and they are looking to capitalise.' She added of Liza, 51,: ' She is looking for $30,000-a-month residence so she can have a pool, $100,000-a-year live-in nanny, a vacation budget of $6,300. 'These expenses are not appropriate. This was never an intact family that had a lifestyle.' Liam, who was pictured walking his dog in North London yesterday, is set to kick off Oasis's mega £400million comeback gigs in Cardiff next month after making peace with brother Noel, 58, following years of warring after the band's 2009 split. The star, who fathered Gemma with the US journalist after she interviewed him, appeared at yesterday's hearing via video link. Liza's lawyer Amanda Creegan says Gemma's needs are not being met. She said they were back in court because Liam had only agreed to cover tuition fees for two years, and that he refuses to 'come to the table'. Ms Creegan said Liam has never met nor asked to meet Gemma and he 'doesn't talk to her, doesn't acknowledge her'. And she accused Liam of lying about fees he had previously been paying. She said: 'About three days after she filed for the modification motion, he went on an X rant, where he called her a 'gold-digger' and he accused her of shaking him down, and lied about how much he was paying her, and violated the confidentiality agreement.' Judge Jeffrey Pearlman said he believes 'there is a settlement to be had' and scheduled a private hearing for June 13. Asked if he can make that date, Liam, in a black jacket, said: 'Yeah, I'm good for that, any time.' He asked what time it would be in the UK, then added: 'That's all good, man. It's cool.' 8 8 8 8 8

Liam and Noel Gallagher perform together this week for the first time in 16 years as rocker FINALLY joins rehearsals - just weeks before Oasis' reunion tour kicks off

Liam and Noel Gallagher are set to reunite on stage this week for the first time in 16 years as the first full Oasis rehearsal takes place. The formerly feuding brothers had put their differences aside and announced that they are set to perform a number of Oasis reunion gigs this summer. And while Noel, 58, and the rest of the band have already kicked off band rehearsals without the frontman, 52, Liam is finally set to join the rest for a full set run-through at a secret location just weeks before the world tour begins. It will be the first time Noel and Liam have played together was at the V Festival in Staffordshire back in August 2009. Just days later, the band split following a huge row ahead of the Rock en Seine festival in Paris. Liam shared his excitement about rejoining the band as he answered a plethora of fan questions on X on Sunday morning. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. One fan asked: 'Happy sunday man! Are you ready for rehearsals? there are only a few days left and you're joining the others?' To which the singer replied: 'Yes Rasta D I'm in Tuesday to blow there minds.' Another asked whether he was 'excited' to begin rehearsals, with Liam responding: 'Can't wait'. Meanwhile, Liam further confirmed he was joining rehearsals after a different fan commented: 'How long will your rehearsal day be? Will u breeze in & breeze out quickly?' With the rocker remarking: 'I'll sing the set then I'm out there I don't hang about.' The Wonderwall singer also told how he was feeling 'biblical' and would not hang around to take photos as he noted: 'You won't see me I'm not a poser, I'll be in and out.' It comes as the truth behind Noel and Liam's reconciliation and subsequent Oasis reunion has been revealed. According to reports, fans of the band have Noel's daughter Anais to thank for the long-awaited reunion tour. The model, 25, is said to have helped bring the estranged siblings back together after 'planting the idea' of a reconciliation. Anais is also said to have helped piece together the set list and give an insight into what younger fans might want to hear. According to The Sun, a source said: 'Anais could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch.' They continued: 'She gets on great with Liam's sons Gene and Lennon so she asked them if their dad would be willing to hear her out. 'It enabled her to plant the idea of a reconciliation on both sides. Thanks to her close relationship with Liam, she was able to call him. Once Liam called Noel, the rest was left up to them.' Anais has frequently been seen with her cousins Molly, Lennon, and Gene with them often attending events together. Molly's mother is Lisa Moorish, who Liam had a brief relationship with while he was married to Patsy Kensit in 1998. Anais is also said to have helped piece together the set list and give an insight into what younger fans might want to hear (pictured above in 2015) Liam did not meet Molly until 2018 after which he expressed hope he would remain in her life. Liam shares Lennon, 25, with ex Patsy Kensit, and Gene, 23, whose mother is Nicole Appleton who he dated following his divorce from Patsy in 2000. Noel also has Donovan, 17, with ex wife Sara MacDonald, who he split from in 2023. Oasis sensationally split in 2009 after a backstage bust-up - devastating their loyal fan base. In the 14 years that have followed, a feud and bitter fighting has ensued with the brothers trading insults back and forth in interviews and social media. But this year, the pair are reuniting for a huge world tour, and have dates booked across the UK, America, South America and Asia in 2025.

Liam did not meet Molly until 2018 after which he expressed hope he would remain in her life. But this year, the pair are reuniting for a huge world tour, and have dates booked across the UK, America, South America and Asia in 2025. Anais hit back at 'ageist and misogynist' fans who complained about young people jumping on the Oasis bandwagon since the brothers announced their long-awaited reunion. Social media sites were awash with the band's older fans complaining that 'Suddenly everyone loves Oasis' and arguing that they deserve priority when it came to getting tickets for the shows next summer. Taking to TikTok to express her anger, she said: 'One thing I won't stand for is the ageism and the misogyny around people getting tickets.' 'Sorry if a 19-year-old girl in a pink cowboy hat wants to be there, I will have my friendship bracelets ready.' She also showed her support for a fellow user, Josie, who wrote, 'What do you mean everyone suddenly loves Oasis? Everyone has always loved them. They're one of the most famous bands in the entire world.' 'Don't try and gatekeep Oasis because you can't gatekeep probably the most famous band to come out of the UK. Literally, the entirety of Britain is Oasis fans.' Anais has become a firm fixture on her father's side, accompanying his solo band High Flying Birds on tour in 2023 and directing a documentary of the trip. She said: 'I know he likes to think differently, but I love my dad's music genuinely more than anything. I bang out Oasis and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds in my room super-loud all the time.' The Mail revealed last summer that Anais and Liam Gallagher's son, Gene, led the way in fixing their feud and convincing their dads to reunite after 15 years. A friend of the stars revealed: 'Anais and Gene led the way by showing their dads that they could set aside their differences.' 'They have made no bones about it, they told their dads that they love their old music and wanted to see them on the stage together.' Anais previously threw her support behind the news of Oasis' reunion by posting photos of her dad and uncle from the nineties and declaring: 'Summer 2025' She also reposted the band's announcement video and their statement: 'The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.'

Liam Gallagher tunes up in the South of France with iconic songbird guitar as Oasis reunion looms

While Oasis are reported to have begun rehearsals in London for their long-awaited reunion tour, one half of the band's famously fractious core is tuning up in more relaxed surroundings - on the Côte d'Azur. Liam Gallagher, 52, this week posted an Instagram Story showing the sun-drenched front door of his new French villa, with a guitar leaning casually against the wall. Fans quickly identified it as the same acoustic he played in the music video for 'Songbird', his 2002 love ballad for then-girlfriend Nicole Appleton. When one Twitter user asked, 'Is that the Songbird mv guitar?', Liam replied: 'It is.' Another asked if he was rehearsing with it, to which the former Oasis frontman responded, 'I am indeed.' The villa in question is no ordinary getaway. Liam recently bought the 18th-century property in Grasse - the world's perfume capital - for £3 million. The six-bedroom, three-storey estate was previously owned by former TV presenter Noel Edmonds, who listed it for £4 million before relocating to New Zealand. It features a pool, olive trees, its own vineyard - and several engraved references to 'Noel', the previous owner's name and, coincidentally, that of Liam's estranged brother and bandmate. The Oasis reunion, scheduled to tour the UK, US, South America and Asia in 2025, comes 15 years after the band's acrimonious split in 2009. The fallout led to years of public insults between the Gallagher brothers, both on stage and on social media. But in PJ Harrison's recent book The Fall and Rise of Oasis, a music industry source claimed Liam was the one who extended the olive branch: 'He's a great one for making peace. He's the one that will bring things back together.' Liam himself has hinted at this, writing in a previous X post: 'I called him [Noel], but don't tell anyone as I don't want folk thinking I'm a soft lad and stuffs. Keep it between me n you cheers x.' Despite the brothers' tumultuous history, they are reuniting for the 'Live '25' tour, marking three decades since the release of Oasis's seminal album, '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?' Rehearsals have begun in London, with Noel leading sessions alongside longtime collaborators Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, and keyboardist Mikey Rowe. Liam is expected to join the rehearsals next month, ahead of the tour's kickoff on July 4 in Cardiff.
