Oasis fans disagree over Wembley and Heaton Park gigs comparison as Liam Gallagher delivers three-word verdict
The band are to play a total of seven nights in the capital between now and September as part of their Live '25 reunion tour.
They'll play Friday, July 25 followed by further dates on Saturday, July 26, Wednesday, July 30, Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3.

There will then be an eight-week gap which will see Oasis perform dates in Edinburgh and Dublin, and abroad, before they return for their two final dates at Wembley on Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28.
Playing to a sold-out crowd, clips of around 81,000 people bouncing to Cigarettes and Alcohol have already begun to go viral on social media.
Liam praised the crowd's energy, saying they had been 'loud as f***'.
Introducing Champagne Supernova, which is the final song of the show, he addressed the crowd: 'Right then London you f***ing mad-heads.
"You've been amazing, man. Loud as f***.
"Nice one for making this happen, it's good to be f***ing back."
Comparisons have already begun between the crowds at Wembley and Heaton Park, where the brothers completed a string of five nights last Monday (July 20).
"Definitely better than Heaton [Park]", wrote one user under a video of the crowd posted by Wembley's TikTok account. "It's definitely not", came the quick reply from another user.
Announced last August, two days before the 30th anniversary of their debut album Definitely Maybe, the reunion tour was the biggest concert launch ever seen in the UK and Ireland.
An estimated 630,000 people will watch them at Wembley before the tour heads to North America in the autumn.
It had been Manchester United fans in the firing line at Heaton Park - but even fans at Wembley couldn't escape some teasing from Liam about their favourite football team.
"Don't be booing Arsenal fans," he told the crowd as he instructed them to do the Poznan bounce.
"Just because you're not top of the league. It isn't our f***ing problem."
The band also paid tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne, projecting a huge portrait of the singer onto the big screen before launching into Rock N Roll Star, which they dedicated to Osbourne.

Patient Number 9's Months on the Charts The Official Rock and Metal Albums list has long been the most reliable space for the Patient Number 9, as it has now spent 28 weeks on the tally — far more than its runs on broader rankings. It's collected 18 weeks on both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums charts, and just five on the downloads-only ranking. The set reached No. 1 on the Rock and Metal tally and stalled in the runner-up space on all of the others. Patient Number 9 Earned Grammys and Critical Acclaim Released in 2022, Patient Number 9 was embraced as a return to form for Osbourne. The full-length won him two Grammy Awards in 2023, for Best Metal Performance and Best Rock Album, and though he stated he was working on a new collection before his passing, the set will forever stand as the last one he released during his lifetime. Nine Ozzy Osbourne Albums Hit the Charts In the days following Osbourne's death, nine of Osbourne's albums found their way back onto the U.K. charts. This time around, only two of them return to tallies they previously appeared on, as both Patient Number 9 and Ordinary Man reappear. The latter, released in 2020, reenters the Official Album Downloads chart at No. 86. It previously peaked at No. 2 on the list of the most-downloaded projects in the nation.

For the week of August 5th, we have some incredible releases making their way to our shelves. Read on to get a brief overview of what you should have on your wishlist, then be sure to dive into the full rundown in the video below. This week, we spotlight the highly anticipated 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of the Oscar-winning seafaring period war drama Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World starring Russell Crowe and Paul Bettany from 20th Century Studios. The new release comes remastered in 4K UHD with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos audio, along with some deleted scenes. This is not the only unexpected 4K UHD release this week as Knight Rider: The Complete Series arrives from Universal with all four seasons remastered in HDR10 with new and archival special features. We have some films fresh from theaters including the family fantasy adventure The Legend of Ochi from A24 starring Helena Zengel, Finn Wolfhard, Emily Watson, and Willem Dafoe. The Blu-Ray release comes with Dolby Atmos audio and special features such as a commentary track, deleted scenes, and a behind-the-scenes featurette. Music Box Films also has the dark British comedy The Trouble with Jessica starring Shirley Henderson, Alan Tudyk, Rufus Sewell, Indira Varma, and Olivia Williams arriving on DVD with a small selection of special features. The fine folks at Deaf Crocodile have a pair of wonderful new releases this month. First, we have the Lithuanian rock opera The Devil's Bride hitting Blu-Ray from a gorgeous restoration. The release is loaded with special features including a commentary track, two interviews, and a visual essay. The label is also bringing The Pied Piper back to Blu-Ray in a new deluxe edition with a new disc of short films from director Jiri Barta. Everything has been lovingly restored by Deaf Crocodile with tons of interviews, visual essays, behind-the-scenes footage, and more. You couldn't ask for more from one of the best labels in the game. The early cinema of the 20th century is well represented this week as ClassicFlix goes all out for western fans with Hopalong Cassidy – The Legacy Collection, Volume 1. The release comes with the first three newly restored films in the long-running series along with some great special features including commentary tracks, documentaries, and more. You can go back a few more years to the silent era as Eureka Entertainment tackles the release of Finis Terrae on Blu-Ray from a 4K restoration by Gaumont. The release also includes an interview, a visual essay, and an appreciation piece. The journey into the Golden Age cinema continues over at Kino Lorber Studio Classics and their release of the Pre-Code Classics collection featuring Confessions of a Coed and Ladies of the Big House starring Sylvia Sidney. These films have been scanned in 4K and feature commentary tracks. There is also the 1940 version of The Farmer's Daughter starring Martha Raye which includes a commentary track. The label also has the 4K UHD Blu-Ray release of Convoy starring Kris Kristofferson, Ali MacGraw, and Ernest Borgnine. The film from director Sam Peckinpah comes from a 4K scan of the 35mm Original Camera Negative in Dolby Vision with three commentary tracks, a feature-length documentary, featurettes, and more. The heroes at Arrow Video continue to deliver quality work with an exciting slate of titles this month. Disaster epic fans can celebrate the 4K UHD Blu-Ray upgrade of Poseidon starring Kurt Russell and Josh Lucas, derived from a 4K restoration of the 2K Digital Intermediate in Dolby Vision with four new interviews, a retrospective, and archival supplements. This is not the only 4K UHD upgrade as both The Texas Chainsaw Massacre from 2003 and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (Uncut and Theatrical) arrive on the format from 4K restorations of the 35mm Original Camera Negative in Dolby Vision. The franchise entries include commentary tracks, interviews, making-of featurettes, deleted scenes, and more. Eminem Brings Three Of His Biggest Smashes Back
Eminem's 'Without Me,' 'Lose Yourself,' and 'Love the Way You Lie' all return to the U.K.'s Official Hip-Hop and R&B Singles chart this week. In the United Kingdom, the rapper maintains a consistent presence on multiple charts, not just with new music when it's available, but also thanks to his two hit-packed compilation albums, Curtain Call and Curtain Call 2 . Both sets have become staples to the British public, kept on the weekly rankings by consumption not only of the projects themselves, but many of the songs featured on them – several of which reappear out of nowhere this week. Three of Eminem's most famous singles are back on the Official Hip-Hop and R&B Singles chart, and they land within a few spaces of one another. 'Without Me' returns at No. 32, followed closely by 'Lose Yourself' at No. 33. 'Love the Way You Lie,' one of the rapper's several collaborations with Rihanna, also sneaks back in at No. 38. All three of Eminem's comeback cuts have previously climbed to No. 1 on the genre-specific ranking. The Grammy winner has scored 21 leaders on the list, which counts the most-purchased tracks in the U.K. in both genres. He's also landed more than a dozen additional top 10 hits, and he easily ranks as one of the most successful names in hip-hop history in the country. The three singles back on the tally this week don't just stand out for their past peaks, they also rank among Eminem's longest-charting songs in the U.K. 'Love the Way You Lie' has now spent 140 weeks on the Official Hip-Hop and R&B Singles chart. 'Without Me' beats that sum with 223 frames, while 'Lose Yourself' leads the trio with a staggering 380 periods on the list. Beyond Eminem's singles, both Curtain Call and Curtain Call 2 are still charting in the U.K. this frame. The first volume is holding up particularly well, as it appears inside the top 40 on three rankings and even reenters the Official Album Downloads chart at No. 100. Curtain Call 2 is also present, though only on half as many lists as its predecessor. This week, the sequel compilation improves on both the Official Albums Streaming (No. 51, up one space) and Official Albums charts (No. 69, up two spots).
