Oops, Britney Spears thought she's on a plane where smoking is allowed
On May 22, Britney Spears made headlines for allegedly being seen drinking alcohol and smoking a cigarette while on a private plane to Los Angeles from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Photo: Britney Spears/Instagram Britney Spears admitted that she smoked a cigarette and drank alcohol while on an airplane as she apologised to those who were 'offended' by her actions. Her explanation: She thought it was allowed. Spears addressed the reports of her behaviour that 'violated federal aviation regulations' through a recent statement posted on her Instagram account. The American singer explained that it was her friend who lit her cigarette that made her think she was on a plane where 'smoking is permitted.' 'Some planes I've been on you can't smoke mostly but this one was different because the drink holders were on the outside seat,' she captioned the video of herself holding a bottle of alcohol while on the said flight. Spears noted that it was her first time drinking vodka which made her want to smoke, writing, '[I said], I want a cigarette so bad. My friend put it in my mouth and lit it up for me so I was like, 'Oh so this is a plane where you can smoke. I do so apologise to anyone I offended but the flight attendants always make sure I'm way at the back of the plane anyways.' The Oops! I Did It Again singer remarked that it was 'too much' to alert the authorities about her conduct, saying, 'The flight attendant called officials because I smoked a cigarette. And embarrass me which jeez I thought was kinda much but she didn't like me the moment I got on the plane.' On May 22, Spears made headlines for allegedly being seen drinking alcohol and smoking a cigarette while on a private plane to Los Angeles from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. International outlets reported that flight attendants allegedly asked the Toxic singer to put out the cigarette, which she did but when the plane landed, Spears was greeted by authorities, who issued her a warning about her conduct. In November 2021, Spears was released from conservatorship after 13 years during which her father, Jaime, 'controlled her life and financial decisions.' Nearly two years after she was freed from conservatorship, Spears published her best-selling memoir, The Woman In Me . Over the years, the pop singer faced controversies due to 'mental health'. – Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network

Chappell Roan doesn't want to listen to her own music
Los Angeles: Singer-songwriter Chappell Roan has shared that she doesn't like to listen to her own music. The 27-year-old singer has enjoyed massive success in the industry since the release of her album 'The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess' in late 2023. However, she is not in favor of consuming and enjoying her own work once she has released it, reports 'Female First UK'. She told W! Magazine: "I think it was in an Uber when I was on tour . I heard 'Good Luck, Babe' (on the radio). I grabbed my friend's hand and I was like, 'Oh my f******.…' But I didn't scream. I don't sing along with myself. I never listen to my own music. If it's out, I don't want to hear it. I've heard it hundreds and hundreds of times'. As per 'Female First UK', the Grammy Award-winning star was then asked about the first song she remembers performing and revealed it was the Britney Spears classic 'Oops! I Did It Again' but recalled that her mother had to take her out of the gymnastics class she attended because she would try to imitate the official choreography rather than focus on the lesson. She said, "'Oops!…I Did It Again,' by Britney Spears. My mother took me out of gymnastics because I did the Britney dances instead of listening to the gymnastics teacher. I also sang, 'Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so''. Meanwhile, the 'Pink Pony Club' hitmaker decided to explore the country genre with her latest single 'The Giver' and listed off a number of music icons that she took inspiration from as she switched things up from her usual pop style. She said, "I love country music. I listened to a lot of George Strait, Dwight Yoakam, and Dolly Parton. And I love Shania Twain so much. I just love campy country songs. I heard them on the bus every morning or at football games: It was country being played over the big speakers. I think country is the campiest music! And so is metal'.

'M3GAN 2.0' unleashes first trailer, 30 M3GANs dance to Britney Spears
'M3GAN 2.0' unleashes first trailer, 30 M3GANs dance to Britney Spears LAS VEGAS – What's better than one dancing M3GAN? How about 30 of them? More than a two-dozen "dancing robot" M3GANs hit the stage Wednesday at CinemaCon, the convention for theater owners, and grooved to Britney Spears' "Oops! I Did It Again" to celebrate the return of everyone's favorite murderous high-tech doll in "M3GAN 2.0" (in theaters June 27). Producers (and big-time horror guys) Jason Blum and James Wan introduced the first trailer for the sequel, which takes place two years after 2022's hit first film. After taking M3GAN down, inventor Gemma (Allison Williams) and her niece Cady (Violet McGraw) now keep the M3GAN AI housed in a cutesy plastic Teletubby-like thing for safekeeping, though she sasses them constantly. Join our Watch Party! Sign up to receive USA TODAY's movie and TV recommendations right in your inbox Unfortunately, a defense contractor has stolen one of Gemma's early AI models for M3GAN. Named Amelia (and played by "Ahsoka" star Ivanna Sakhno), this new robot is meant to be a killer spy but it goes rogue and comes after those close to M3GAN, including Gemma and Cady. Gemma recruits M3GAN to fight Amelia, but our antiheroine wants a body that's stronger, faster, taller and more lethal than the last. (M3GAN also reiterates her promise to always protect Cady – Gemma, not so much.) The footage concludes with M3GAN and Amelia throwing down, and our girl M3GAN getting the best line: "Hold on to your vaginas." Blum and Wan also debuted the first footage from their spinoff, the more grownup "SOULM8TE," which offers up an adult version of M3GAN. "Nothing could possibly go wrong with that," Blum quipped. The erotic horror thriller stars David Rysdahl as a grieving widower who orders a sexbot named Sara (Lily Sullivan) that's designed to be the perfect partner for adults. They get hot and heavy, but Sara gets very clingy, and when her dude begins to see another woman (Claudia Doumit), things go bad for everyone involved.
