He spearheaded a covert mission in Kashmir with the objective of capturing or eliminating Ghazi Baba, a senior leader of the Pakistan-backed terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed. Ghazi Baba was the chief architect behind the 2001 Indian Parliament attack—which shook the nation and claimed several lives—and was also responsible for numerous other fatal attacks across India. Dubey and his team worked relentlessly, gathering intelligence, uncovering hideouts, and keeping Ghazi Baba's movements under close watch.
