Photo of Tammy Hembrow being carried out of Kylie Jenner's 21st on a stretcher face-down goes viral after her split from Matt Zukowski
Tammy Hembrow has had her past pulled back into the spotlight as images of her being carried out of Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday after a collapse resurfaced. The fitness influencer, 31, made headlines in 2018 when she was photographed lying face-down in a stretcher outside of the trendy nightspot Delilah in West Hollywood. Now, the shock moment has gone viral once more after Outspoken the Podcast released episodes detailing the online star's rise to fame. 'I remember when this story broke at the time, there was a lot of speculation as to who this guest was at the party,' co-host Sophie Taeuber said of the incident. 'Tammy was lying face-down on the stretcher, so it led to a big guessing game. I think this made the story even bigger when it was then revealed it was Tammy.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The influencer, who had struck up a friendship with the Kardashians at the time, has long since addressed the infamous moment. Tammy told Stellar Magazine last year how the experience, which saw her loaded into the back of an ambulance outside the club, marked rock bottom for her. 'I kept telling myself there is only up from here,' she explained to the publication, adding she had only had 'one or two' drinks when it happened. 'It was a very dark time and I had to shut out the trolls and the hate I was getting.' Tammy documented the experience in her book Show Up, and said she wanted to be honest with her fans. 'People look at my social media and they think, oh, she's trying to be perfect, but I'm the least perfect person ever. I wanted to show that I'm a real person,' Tammy said. At the time, the fitness guru cried on camera while addressing the alarming photographs showing her being carried out of the bash face-down on a stretcher. Reflecting on the incident, which happened two months after she announced her split from Reece Hawkins, Tammy blamed her lack of sleep for her horrifying collapse. 'Firstly, I want everyone to know that I'm okay... So yeah, I pretty much collapsed. Honestly, I'm already like super, super embarrassed about it,' Tammy explained. 'I probably, definitely shouldn't have been drinking because of how jet-lagged and exhausted I was, and I already wasn't feeling well. 'So basically what happened was I was in LA I was running off pretty much 30 hours of no sleep. 'I was struggling to stay awake even when I had my hair and makeup done... I could barely keep my eyes open.' Tammy had joined a whole galaxy of stars invited to Kylie's exclusive 21st birthday bash at the hottest nightclub in West Hollywood at the time. However, the Kardashian family ' unfollowed' Tammy on Instagram after the incident. It comes as Tammy has revealed her heart is still 'aching' following her split from husband Matt, 30, as she mended her wounds in New Zealand. Tammy fled Australia with her three children—Wolf, nine, Saskia, seven, and Posy, three—after news broke of their separation. She spent much of the last week documenting her stay in New Zealand following her split from the former Love Island star. Matt and Tammy are headed for divorce after just seven months of marriage, with the influencer jetting off to the South Island to recuperate in the wake of their split. Tammy announced her shock split from Matt last month in an emotional video. The former reality star also revealed the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly. 'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began. 'Both of us have struggled with making this decision; however, we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. 'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support.

Influencer slammed for riding a scooter without a helmet after brain aneurysm and multiple surgeries: 'It makes my blood boil'
Ashy Bines has been slammed after she was spotted riding a scooter without a helmet. The fitness influencer, 35, has had two brain surgeries over the past 12 months after she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm in June. Photos of Ashy, shared to the Outspoken Podcast community Facebook page, show Ashy enjoying the sights of Bali with pal and podcast co-host Tijana Bundalo. However, the photos show the pair dangerously balancing on the back of a scooter, both not wearing helmets. A second photo also shows Ashy on the back of the scooter without any head protection and beaming broadly. Commenters were quick to issue their anger, slamming Ashy for being irresponsible. 'Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity,' one fan wrote referencing a quite from Dr Martin Luther King Jr. 'Can't be surprised really, a few months ago she and her new bestie decided to hang their half bodies out of a moving car and film themselves in the process. 'Unfortunately Ashy - Peter Pan - Bines will continue to do moronic things until her actions have consequences.' The angry commenter continued: 'There's genuinely no way that 1 million people are silly enough to actually follow and look up to this almost 40 year old mother of 2 who insists on behaving like a child-free 21 year old.' Another jumped in with: 'Ashy Bines. 2x brain surgeries of late, speaks about how grateful she is to survive on a podcast released only yesterday. no helmet while riding on the back of a motorcycle twice in Bali in the space of 24 hours. 'Why are influencers this dumb? How many people have died or suffered serious injuries doing this?' A third offered: 'I just can't when people do makes my blood boil! So ridiculously stupid. Yet another commenter was more succinct in their scathing assessment of the mum-of-two. Commenters were quick to issue their anger, slamming Ashy for being irresponsible 'Not a thought behind those eyes,' they wrote. According to 'Beside the 'Bali Belly', scooter accidents are probably the most common 'problem' travellers experience in Bali and in that sense, it's also the most dangerous activity – but mostly self-induced, and sometimes even fatal.' Never one to shy away from courting social media controversy, Ashy was also called out in February after posting a video to TikTok that showed her hanging out of the window of a moving car. Appearing not to have a seat belt on, Ashy, who was a passenger in the vehicle, stuck her head through the open window before leaning out backwards at shoulder height. Viewers of the deleted clip were not amused by what they saw, with several comments condemning the act. 'Normally I'd just think "idiot" but if she has a million followers, it's really poor form to influence those who are vulnerable to copying such stupidity,' one person said. 'My old babysitter's son died by doing this, I'll never understand how some people truly think they're invincible,' one more wrote. 'I know of someone who got beheaded doing something similar,' added another. It comes after Ashy shocked her followers in March when she revealed her brain aneurysm diagnosis. She was rushed to hospital after experiencing sudden loss of vision, with surgery being scheduled in July before it was pushed back to August. Ashy revealed that surgeons removed the first aneurysm, but discovered a second that they were unable to remove in the process. 'I had my surgery, and it went really well. However, when I woke up, they told me the news that they actually found and discovered another aneurysm,' she told her followers in an emotional clip. 'So they treated the original one today, but they couldn't treat the second one, and I will most likely have to have another surgery before the year's out.' Ashy went under the knife again in January telling followers at the time: 'I'm HOME. Survived my second brain surgery and ready to leave this chapter in the past. 'Grateful for my surgeon , the nurses , my family , friends and community who kept me so strong and supported to get through it all, don't know how I'd get through something like that without them!!'
