Queensland's Origin win biggest streaming event in Australian history
It was the epic State of Origin decider that felt as if it were decided before half-time, yet Queensland's 24-12 game-three victory over NSW still drew an enormous audience.
The game had an average national TV audience of more than 3.9 million people, according to figures released on Thursday morning by ratings company OzTAM. That made it the most-watched program of 2025.
