Brooks Koepka and model wife own gorgeous Florida pad with private dock
Brooks Koepka will be one of the main contenders in the frame to win this weekend's PGA Championship, hoping to increase his already huge net worth and mountain of riches
Three-time PGA Championship-winner Brooks Koepka knows how to enjoy the rewards of his hard work, and all from his multi-million dollar mansion in Florida. The LIV Golf star, who has raked in a staggering £71million during his career, isn't shy about splashing the cash, as evidenced by his extravagant abode.
Born and bred in the Sunshine State, Koepka and actress-model wife Jena Sims shelled out £2.5m for their lavish home in Jupiter's exclusive Pennock Point neighbourhood. And the idyllic area has proved a favourite haunt for golfing pros over the years.
Rickie Fowler is among the Koepkas' neighbours, living in his own Pennock Point property, believed to be valued as high as £15m. Justin Thomas also used to live in the same postcode but has since sold up his stake.
The relatively reasonable price tag allowed the couple to put their own stamp on the property. And the finished renovations were showcased by the pair in the Netflix documentary Full Swing, which they both feature in.
The sheer scale of the mansion is enough to leave viewers gobsmacked, with multiple garages flanking their driveway for Koepka and Sims' fleet of cars, per The Mirror US. In quintessential Florida style, two palm trees stand near the front door of their glamorous residence, which only gets more impressive once you step inside.
With a spacious living room boasting two enormous sofas, Koepka even has a room dedicated to his impressive shoe collection. And much of that comes courtesy of his Nike Golf sponsorship supplying him with an astounding array of footwear.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer a glimpse of their idyllic garden, and just a few steps further reveal a glass swimming pool and private dock. The expansive home, complete with a vast array of furniture, offers ample space for the couple and their young son, Crew, making it an ideal spot for entertaining their nearest and dearest.
Boasting a grand 13,000 square feet, the property features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Purchased prior to Koepka's reported £75m switch to LIV in June 2022, the 35-year-old has openly expressed his reasons for leaving the PGA Tour for the lucrative Saudi-backed series.
"I'll be honest with you, I signed for the dough," he told Logan Paul on the Impaulsive podcast last year. "Tomorrow, I might have a car accident and never play golf again but I'll know my family are set up. You've got to take care of each other."
Koepka's financial gains from joining LIV are evident. He's earned more than £33m since his switch, dwarfing the £23m he earned in almost a decade on the PGA Tour.
Having already pocketed more than £3m this year, he stands to make millions more as he sets his sights on clinching his fourth PGA Championship this weekend. The tournament kicks off on Thursday, with Koepka set to tee off at the 10th alongside Fowler and Shane Lowry from 12:38pm.
