Brooks Koepka and model wife own gorgeous Florida pad with private dock
Brooks Koepka will be one of the main contenders in the frame to win this weekend's PGA Championship, hoping to increase his already huge net worth and mountain of riches
Three-time PGA Championship-winner Brooks Koepka knows how to enjoy the rewards of his hard work, and all from his multi-million dollar mansion in Florida. The LIV Golf star, who has raked in a staggering £71million during his career, isn't shy about splashing the cash, as evidenced by his extravagant abode.
Born and bred in the Sunshine State, Koepka and actress-model wife Jena Sims shelled out £2.5m for their lavish home in Jupiter's exclusive Pennock Point neighbourhood. And the idyllic area has proved a favourite haunt for golfing pros over the years.
Rickie Fowler is among the Koepkas' neighbours, living in his own Pennock Point property, believed to be valued as high as £15m. Justin Thomas also used to live in the same postcode but has since sold up his stake.
The relatively reasonable price tag allowed the couple to put their own stamp on the property. And the finished renovations were showcased by the pair in the Netflix documentary Full Swing, which they both feature in.
The sheer scale of the mansion is enough to leave viewers gobsmacked, with multiple garages flanking their driveway for Koepka and Sims' fleet of cars, per The Mirror US. In quintessential Florida style, two palm trees stand near the front door of their glamorous residence, which only gets more impressive once you step inside.
With a spacious living room boasting two enormous sofas, Koepka even has a room dedicated to his impressive shoe collection. And much of that comes courtesy of his Nike Golf sponsorship supplying him with an astounding array of footwear.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer a glimpse of their idyllic garden, and just a few steps further reveal a glass swimming pool and private dock. The expansive home, complete with a vast array of furniture, offers ample space for the couple and their young son, Crew, making it an ideal spot for entertaining their nearest and dearest.
Boasting a grand 13,000 square feet, the property features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Purchased prior to Koepka's reported £75m switch to LIV in June 2022, the 35-year-old has openly expressed his reasons for leaving the PGA Tour for the lucrative Saudi-backed series.
"I'll be honest with you, I signed for the dough," he told Logan Paul on the Impaulsive podcast last year. "Tomorrow, I might have a car accident and never play golf again but I'll know my family are set up. You've got to take care of each other."
Koepka's financial gains from joining LIV are evident. He's earned more than £33m since his switch, dwarfing the £23m he earned in almost a decade on the PGA Tour.
Having already pocketed more than £3m this year, he stands to make millions more as he sets his sights on clinching his fourth PGA Championship this weekend. The tournament kicks off on Thursday, with Koepka set to tee off at the 10th alongside Fowler and Shane Lowry from 12:38pm.

‘Man up and get on with it!' – Scots golf legend in astonishing blast at players moaning about US Open rough conditions
COLIN MONTGOMERIE has told the elite golfers who are unimpressed with the tough conditions at the US Open this week to "man up". Oakmont is playing host to the third major of the golf season this week and the rough in particular is brutal. 4 The rough at Oakmont will make things extremely tough st the US Open Credit: Getty 4 Colin Montgomerie had a few choice words for unhappy golfers at the event Credit: Getty 4 The rough is being kept to a uniform five inches by an army of lawnmowers Credit: Getty 4 Tyrrell Hatton takes a shot from the rough during a practice round Credit: EPA It was measured at around five inches deep but the United States Golf Association (USGA) trimmed it down after a series of complaints from the game's top players. The Pennsylvania track is renowned for its difficulty even under normal circumstances - with a reputation as perhaps the hardest golf course in the world - with narrow and sometimes sloping fairways, a litany of penal bunkers and tricky and undulating greens (with a few blind approaches). But things have been ramped up for the US Open, with the greens running even quicker and the rough allowed to grow thicker than usual. An army of lawnmowers have been sent out to keep the rough in check as star players opined that the average amateur golfer wouldn't even FINISH their round. Recent Masters winner Rory McIlroy revealed he shot an 81 (11 over par) in practice, two-time US Open champ Bryson DeChambeau called it "the hardest course you can play right now" and Jhonattan Vegas, who led the PGA Championship last month, went as far as to call the rough "unplayable". But Monty is having none of it. A three-time US Open runner-up - including one at Oakmont in 1994 - Montgomerie said players these days have no excuse for missing the fairways and landing in the suped-up rough. He pointed to improvements in equipment compared to his day and said only harsh winds would be a valid reason for errant shots. Speaking at at Trump International Golf Links, ahead of the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship, Montgomerie, 61, said: 'I was disappointed at the USGA having to cut the rough a wee bit because it was too severe. '[Compare] technology now from 30 years ago. US Open release incredible video of army of lawnmowers to tackle rough as stars brand conditions 'unplayable' 'The golf ball that we were playing with 30 years ago moved around all over the place. It was soft, it went 20 yards shorter. 'Now, the golf club development, the drivers, the irons, the putters, look at the putters now, the development in the putters. 'So, get on with it. For Christ's sake, you've got technology there that is beyond what you would ever, ever dream of. 'Use it and play golf. I mean, at this level, you shouldn't be missing any fairways, unless it's blowing a gale. 'The research and development that's been poured into the game, man up. Yeah, get on with it.' Sabrina Carpenter sparks huge backlash over 'disturbing' new album cover
Sabrina Carpenter has been met with a wave of backlash from fans after sharing the cover for her new album, Man's Best Friend. The Espresso singer, 26, sent us all into meltdown last week when she dropped new single Manchild, with many convinced that the lyrics refer to her relationship with ex-boyfriend Barry Keoghan. Taking to Instagram earlier today, the Grammy-winner unveiled the artwork imagery, which showed her on her knees in a black minidress and heels. She could be seen posing for the camera and holding her hand up to a man's trouser leg, as he stood over her and gripped a fistful of her hair. The second picture in the post included a zoomed-in photo of a dog wearing a tag adorned with 'Man's Best Friend'. 'My new album, Man's Best Friend, is out on August 29, 2025,' she captioned the post. 'I can't wait for it to be yours x.' Hibs duo help Socceroos to World Cup qualification
Hibs duo Martin Boyle and Lewis Miller both started for the Socceroos yesterday in their 2-1 victory over Asian powerhouse Saudi Arabia in front of 24,620 spectators at the King Abdullah Sports Complex in Jeddah. The victory ensures qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Abdulrahman Al-Aboud opened the scoring in the 19th minute before Connor Metcalfe's first goal for his country on the stroke of half-time restored parity. Three minutes after the restart Boyle sent a tremendous free-kick into the danger area and Mitch Duke headed the ball into the net. Saudi Arabia's Ali Majrashi was then shown a red card for bringing down Boyle as the last defender but after a lengthy VAR check the red card was overturned and Saudi Arabia was allowed to continue with 11 men. Saudi passed up the chance to equalise with an 82nd minute penalty but Matt Ryan, winning his 100th cap saved Salem Al-Dawsari's effort. Like this: Like Related
