Pam and Liam: They played lovers in the reboot of The Naked Gun, but has their on-screen romance spilled over into real life?

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are a bit dazed. They've just turned the lights on in the screening room on the third floor of the Paramount Building in Midtown Manhattan, where they sat next to each other in an otherwise empty room, watching their sequel to the slapstick 1980s and 90s comedy series for the first time. 'I'm thinking, 'My head is too big. She's gorgeous. The side of my face!'' Neeson frets after sitting down in a small room behind the screening room, with windows looking down on the Broadway Theatre District.

Pamela Anderson Turns Heads in a Sleek Monochrome Look Straight From the Runway

Pamela Anderson has mastered the art of effortlessly refined style. In recent years, the actress has re-entered the style scene, attending fashion weeks and redefining traditional glamour, often opting for a bare face but exciting silhouettes. Yesterday afternoon was no exception: The cultural icon was spotted in New York City while promoting her upcoming film, The Naked Gun, sporting two different monochrome outfits. Anderson started off bright and bold in a cobalt blue Akris ensemble. Though vibrant, the look was relatively simple, featuring a pencil skirt and a tie-neck blouse. Accessories were also minimal—she stuck to nude heels and a pair of tortoiseshell cat-eye sunglasses. Both complemented her lightly curled bob hairstyle (a newer update to her blunt bob and baby bangs from this year's Met Gala), which only added to the mid-20th-century effect. The second was an exciting look from New York City-based wunderkind Willy Chavarria, fresh from his spring 2026 collection, which debuted in Paris last month. The mint green blouse and ankle-length matching brocade skirt felt fit for Old Hollywood royalty—a subtle shift in the womenswear we traditionally see from the designer. The runway also returned to lesser explored codes, presenting a handful of strikingly voluminous gowns reminiscent of Chavarria's fall 2023 collection, creating an exciting change of pace. On the runway, the look was styled with an equally glamorous hat and a bold red clutch for contrast. Anderson, however, chose a more understated route, pairing it with perfectly color-matched heels and a cream handbag for a relaxed yet put-together finish. All actors need to show courage, says Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson thinks all actors need to show "courage". The 58-year-old actress actually feels she performs at her best whenever she's "terrified", like when she sang in The Naked Gun. The Hollywood star told Entertainment Weekly: "You have to have courage. You have to have courage to be an actor at all. But that's my happy place is when I'm terrified. "I actually really enjoy singing. I love being on stage … The feeling is so rewarding because I feel like we repress so much of ourselves, and especially as an artist, and I love to write and journal and write poetry, but performing and working on a movie is another way to express yourself because everything is loaded." Pamela actually leaned on her own life experiences for her Naked Gun performance. She said: "All the words to that song, I'm thinking of personal experiences in my life, and so I'm able to get it out even in a crazy scene like that. So it's not just spitting out the words, it's performing some of your innermost thoughts." Meanwhile, Pamela recently revealed that she doesn't enjoy her "sex symbol" status. The actress cemented her status as a sex symbol by playing 'C.J.' Parker in Baywatch in the 90s, but Pamela didn't actually enjoy the attention that came her way at the time. During an appearance on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Pamela explained: "I don't like being a sex symbol. "I mean, I think it's not very sexy. I think we all aspire to be sexy in our relationships, but sexy for the world is, I don't know. "It brought a lot of attention I didn't like, but I hate to say that because I'm not complaining, but I do feel that is a slippery slope where you are presenting yourself to the world like this and you get this attention back that." Pamela has adopted a makeup-free look in recent years, and the actress is now embracing being "more natural". She said: "It can be even scary at times, me not wearing makeup and me being at this age, coming into this part of my career, I felt it was important for me in my personal life, to be more natural."
