Boots slashes 20% off Mugler's Alien perfume that 'smells amazing' and 'lasts all day'
The Alien Refillable Eau De Parfum 30ml has been reduced on Boots - giving shoppers 20% off A beloved Mugler fragrance that customers adore has been discounted in a rare sale at Boots. The Alien Refillable Eau De Parfum 30ml - arguably one of the brand's most iconic scents - has seen its price cut by 20% on the health and beauty retailer's website. This means customers can grab the floral woody scent for £55 instead of £69. The feminine perfume is suitable for wear throughout the year, with notes of white amber, cashmeran wood, and jasmine sambac. One customer was seriously taken with the scent, titling their review 'by far the greatest'. Alternatively, other fragrances currently on offer include Marc Jacobs' Perfect Intense 50ml Eau De Parfum Spray which is reduced to £40 from £102 at The Perfume Shop. One customer described the Marc Jacobs scent as 'one of my favourite daily perfumes' reports OK!. The fragrance features notes of daffodil and blooming jasmine, along with sandalwood and roasted almonds. Another option is Yves Saint Laurent's Libre Eau De Parfum (30ml) that one LookFantastic customer said 'lasts a long time'. It's been discounted on the beauty retailer's website from £72 to £58 and carries notes of tangerine, neroli, and jasmine. If customers have their sights set on Mugler's Alien perfume, it's worth noting that while the classic scent boasts a 4.8 star rating out of five at Boots, not all customers are fans. Despite mixed opinions, the perfume, which boasts over 1,800 reviews on Boots, has a legion of admirers. A satisfied customer shared in their review: "Wow! What can I say? It is amazing! I bought this perfume over a year ago now since I smelt it on many people and I couldn't resist not asking them what it is as it smells absolutely amazing. Marc Jacobs perfume that ‘smells wonderful' and is ‘always admired' is now £35
The Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense perfume is said to 'smell wonderful' and get wearers plenty of compliments – and it's just been slashed by 50% from £71 to £35.50 in a flash sale This summer has seen some amazing sales launched at some of our favourite beauty retailers, and one that we've been keeping a very close eye on (and shopping constantly) is LookFantastic's. Whilst there's no word on how long the sale will last, it's a great opportunity to bag yourself your favourite fragrance or take a punt on a new scent without breaking the bank. The perfume is a great scent for summer, full of zesty and floral notes that are guaranteed to feel like heading off on holiday every time you spray it. The top notes are roasted almonds, pink pepper and grapefruit zest for a spicy, fresh and earthy scent, before giving you floral heart notes of jasmine and daffodil. It finishes with base notes of sesame oil, sandalwood and cashmere, which gives a rich, warm scent with a 'second skin finish'. Shoppers have been praising the Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum over on LookFantastic, saying: 'Lovely product, smells wonderful and was delivered really quickly.' A second agreed: 'Love this! This is a gorgeous perfume for day and night. The scent lasts a long time and my perfume is always admired by my friends and work colleagues.' Some found the Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum didn't quite live up to its 'intense' name, with one saying: 'A heavier version of the Perfect perfume but I expected it to last a lot longer and while it is 'heavier' it's not necessarily stronger. Still very nice but I think I would just repurchase the original before getting this again.' However others loved its longevity, writing: 'Really lovely bottle. Smell is nice but smells strong and lasts properly.'
