Marc Jacobs perfume that ‘smells wonderful' and is ‘always admired' is now £35
The Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense perfume is said to 'smell wonderful' and get wearers plenty of compliments – and it's just been slashed by 50% from £71 to £35.50 in a flash sale This summer has seen some amazing sales launched at some of our favourite beauty retailers, and one that we've been keeping a very close eye on (and shopping constantly) is LookFantastic's. Whilst it's been great for restocking some of our makeup and skincare faves, it's also been offering some brilliant deals on fragrances, with plenty of big brands slashed by 50%. One deal not to be missed is the Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum, which has been slashed from £71 to £35.50 for a 30ml bottle. Whilst there's no word on how long the sale will last, it's a great opportunity to bag yourself your favourite fragrance or take a punt on a new scent without breaking the bank. The perfume is a great scent for summer, full of zesty and floral notes that are guaranteed to feel like heading off on holiday every time you spray it. The top notes are roasted almonds, pink pepper and grapefruit zest for a spicy, fresh and earthy scent, before giving you floral heart notes of jasmine and daffodil. It finishes with base notes of sesame oil, sandalwood and cashmere, which gives a rich, warm scent with a 'second skin finish'. LookFantastic isn't the only retailer offering some great savings on fragrances. Sephora has slashed its perfumes by up to 40%, with offers on brands like Kayali, YSL and Prada. If you love Marc Jacobs' perfumes and want to add some more to your collection, you can also get 50% off Daisy Glow Limited Edition Eau de Toilette at Debenhams, which has been slashed from £73 to £36.50 for a 50ml bottle. Alternatively, The Perfume Shop has deal stacked its 50ml bottle of Perfect Intense, taking it from £102 to £39.99 – just £4.50 more than buying the 30ml bottle at LookFantastic. Shoppers have been praising the Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum over on LookFantastic, saying: 'Lovely product, smells wonderful and was delivered really quickly.' A second agreed: 'Love this! This is a gorgeous perfume for day and night. The scent lasts a long time and my perfume is always admired by my friends and work colleagues.' Some found the Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum didn't quite live up to its 'intense' name, with one saying: 'A heavier version of the Perfect perfume but I expected it to last a lot longer and while it is 'heavier' it's not necessarily stronger. Still very nice but I think I would just repurchase the original before getting this again.' However others loved its longevity, writing: 'Really lovely bottle. Smell is nice but smells strong and lasts properly.'

Issey Miyake's 'long-lasting' perfume has been slashed by almost 50% from £110 to £59 with shoppers saying they love it so much they would choose it as their 'desert island' item A great perfume can be one of the most important things in your beauty arsenal, helping you feel instantly confident and put together with a single spray. Some shoppers have even gone as far as to say that they would consider one perfume in particular their 'desert island' luxury. The happy customer said: 'If you put me on a desert island and said I can have two luxuries, perfume would be one. Beautiful smell, absolutely love florals.' The perfume that's gotten such high praise is the Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Eau & Magnolia fragrance, with its fresh and floral scent being a big hit. Although usually priced at £110 for 100ml, The Perfume Shop has now slashed the price of it to £59.99, saving you £50. This price cut makes the 100ml bottle work out cheaper than the 50ml, which is still priced at £64.99 – the perfect time to get more for your money. There are also some other great perfume deals on at the moment, with Sephora offering up to 40% off its fragrances, including some big name brands like Prada, YSL and Gucci. Elsewhere LookFantastic is running a 50% off sale on selected perfumes for a limited time. You can get 100ml of Calvin Klein Eternity for Women Eau de Parfum for £44.50 down from £89, whilst the Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense Eau de Parfum has been slashed to a much more affordable price. Usually available for £71 for a 30ml bottle, it's now on offer for £35.50. The L'Eau d'Issey Eau & Magnolia however has zesty, refreshing notes combined with light florals and subtle earthy tones, making it a lovely fragrance to wear during the summer, although you could just as easily wear it year round. Those who've bought it have also said it's the perfect scent for any occasion, and can be worn both day and night. It has top notes of bergamot and neroli for that zingy, fresh scent, with heart notes of rose and magnolia to bring soft, feminine floral hints. It finishes with sandalwood at the base to give it some depth. Other reviews also praised the L'Eau d'Issey Eau & Magnolia perfume, with one writing: 'Wow. Just wow. I love it even more than expected. Everyone compliments me and asks what I'm wearing!!! Awesome!!' Another agreed: 'Sample, long lasting scent that is not too strong, it's refreshing and light.' Some weren't as much of a fan of the scent as others, with one shopper saying: 'The smell is alright, but I probably won't be getting anymore since it just really doesn't suit me. I do recommend for others try it out for themselves.' Someone else wrote: 'This smelled like your typical floral scent! Nothing special about it. Didn't last too long either. Something I would keep in the car or somewhere for a quick spritz but wouldn't be a top pick or everyday wear perfume.' However others couldn't get enough, writing: 'I really love this perfume, it is perfect for day and night and lasts a long time.'
