Preity Zinta's Punjab Kings have lost in IPL final for second time. After losing IPL 2014 final, PBKS also lost IPL 2025 final to RCB by six runs in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. Preity Zinta's Punjab Kings have got Rs 12.5 crore from BCCI for finishing runners-up in the IPL 2025 season. Preity Zinta's Punjab Kings have suffered a loss of Rs 7.5 crore after IPL 2025 final. If they had won their maiden title, PBKS would have got Rs 20 crore instead of Rs 12.5 crore as runners-up. Punjab Kings brand value would have jumped 15 per cent if they won IPL 2025 final, according to media reports. IPL 2025 champions RCB's brand value has jumped 10 per cent. Preity Zinta's PBKS have suffered Rs 128 crore loss in brand value potentially after losing the IPL 2025 final. PBKS brand value would have been Rs 996 crore as opposed to Rs 867 crore currently. Punjab Kings are currently in 9th place among IPL teams in brand value while RCB are in second place, even before the IPL 2025 title win. Punjab Kings had finished on top of Points Table after league stage in the IPL 2025 season. But PBKS both Qualifier 1 and final to RCB.
