Two hurt as tree falls onto car in Putatan

Published on: Mon, Aug 11, 2025 Text Size: PUTATAN: Two people sustained minor injuries when a tree fell onto a car along Jalan Ulu Putatan on Monday morning. The Proton Saga was travelling from Jalan Ramayah towards Jalan Ulu Putatan when the incident occurred at about 8.22am.
Advertisement Firefighters from the Putatan Fire and Rescue Station arrived within minutes and found both occupants already receiving first aid from Civil Defence Force personnel. The injured, a man and a 46-year-old woman, were later taken by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
