To be eligible, candidates must have: Passed Class 10 (or equivalent) under the 10+2 system with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board. Obtained a National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade, issued by NCVT/SCVT. In terms of age, applicants must be at least 15 years old and not more than 24 years as of the cut-off date specified in the notification.
