With over two decades of experience in both on-property and above-property hospitality operations, Doran brings a strong foundation in hotel leadership and a proven ability to drive financial performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and support team development. He most recently served as Divisional Vice President of Operations for Remington Hospitality, where he oversaw a multi-state portfolio of hotels and played a key role in executing operational strategies and supporting on-property teams. Doran is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University.

A seasoned hospitality executive with nearly three decades of industry experience, Perelmuter brings a proven track record of operational excellence, cultural leadership, and strategic growth to the role. Perelmuter joins Remington Hospitality from TPG Hotels & Resorts, where he served as President & Chief Operating Officer. His career also includes an impressive tenure at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he advanced from General Manager to Division President. Across these roles, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and delivering business results.
