Arrangements for June salary starts at finance ministry

Sana'a - Saba: The two Ministries of Finance and of Civil Service and Administrative Development have begun issuing financial reinforcements for June 2025 salaries for public service units covered by the monthly disbursement list, in accordance with the State Employees' Salary Provision Program, which stems from the Exceptional Mechanism Law for Providing State Employees' Salaries and Repaying Small Depositors. The two ministries clarified in a joint statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the reinforcements were issued through the Ministry of Finance to the Central Bank of Yemen, and through it to the General Postal Authority and the Cooperative Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank), according to the lists issued by the Ministry of Civil Service. The statement indicated that this is being done with the direct supervision of the President of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, and Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahwi. The statement reiterated the Government of Change and Construction's commitment to monthly disbursements in accordance with what was previously announced in accordance with the exceptional mechanism law. The statement noted that the exceptional mechanism for providing employee salaries and repaying small depositors represents exceptional, temporary solutions. It emphasized that this does not exempt the countries participating in the aggression against our country from paying salaries and compensation to all public service employees harmed by the aggressor countries that control oil and gas revenues, which previously covered the salary bill.
