The stall is for sale for a hefty price of £30,000, but the franchise stall earns a staggering £100,000 turnover in just eight weeks. Wracking up £1,923 per week in two months, the ad promises that "investment [is] returned by end of year". Since the stall is part of a cake franchise, the baked goods are supplied. The stall also comes fully fitted, in a "prime" location, and as an established business.
