Robin Schulz is coming to Dubai this October
It's been a quieter summer for big gigs in Dubai, but things are already starting to warm up for the new season. As the city gears up for cooler evenings and the return of outdoor events, the winter music calendar is already starting to take shape. First on the radar? Robin Schulz. The German DJ and producer will be performing at FIVE Palm Jumeirah this October for a one-off sunset set at Bohemia, and it's looking like the start of party season. Robin Schulz 101 The German DJ and producer has been behind some of the biggest crossover tracks of the past decade, from 'Prayer in C' to 'Sugar' and 'Waves'. With over 12 billion streams, festival sets worldwide, and a current Pure Pacha Ibiza residency, he's keeping the momentum strong. His latest track 'Freaking You Out' under alias KOPPY (with NERVO) just dropped. The sound Robin Schulz keeps it melodic and beat-driven, with the groovy energy he's known for. Think layered moods meets summer warmth. He fuses deep house's rich, low-end bass with tropical house's breezy melodies and organic tones. It's a mix of deep house grooves and feel-good hooks, with just the right tempo to keep the beach crowd moving well into the night. The event Robin Schulz headlines, but he's not going things up is Laureano, a well-known figure in Dubai's underground house circuit, followed by Danny Howard, BBC Radio 1's dance authority and a solid name in the UK club scene. Together, the lineup builds from deep grooves to peak-time energy. It's all happening at Bohemia, the beachside party series at Beach by FIVE, Palm Jumeirah. Creamfields 2025: The highest paid DJs on Spotify in 2025; are any performing this year?
While metal fans are readying themselves for Download Festival 2025 next week, clubbers old and new are eagerly awaiting the day Creamfields 2025 finally arrives. As one of the biggest dance music festivals in the world, Creamfields brings together electronic music's finest, ranging from names that have frequented the UK Top 40 to up-and-coming artists the festival looks to champion. But with such a sheer wealth of DJ talent out there, is there one who can truly call themselves King or Queen of streaming services? Or, in this case, who is sitting atop the Spotify heap earning the most from UK fans in 2025? Spin Genie took a look at some of the figures as part of their roundup of the most influential DJs of 2025 to find that answer and, equally important, how many of the top ten are set to perform at Creamfields this year? Methodology The ranking of DJs was compiled by first generating an artist seed list from ChartMasters and DJMag . For each artist, data was then collected on average monthly listens from Spotify, total Google searches and their percentage change (comparing April 2023-March 2024 with April 2024-March 2025) via Google Keyword Planner , and the number of news articles from Google Search News (using alternate terms for ambiguous names). Additionally, follower counts were obtained from each artist's verified Instagram and TikTok accounts. Finally, all collected data points were used to create a normalised score out of ten, resulting in a ranking for both male and female artists. 1 . Chris Lake, Ragie Ban – Toxic This track has such a specific and dark driving vibe. It builds tension in the right way and when the drop hits, the energy in the crowd just explodes. It's a real mood-setter. Frank Ocean - Lost (Gabss, Vintage Culture Edit) The original is a classic, and this remix gives it a real club vibe. It's one of those tracks where people sing along but still keep dancing. I heard this one on the US tour for the very first time when I entered the villa and my whole crew were vibing to it. Since then, it has become the tour soundtrack. A very special one for me. AYYBO & Taylr Renee - Obsession Super minimal, super groovy. It's one of those tracks that locks people in without being too loud or in-your-face. Overall, it was super nice, balanced, and the right pick for a proper night. SIDEPIECE – Lick This one is really fun and a bit naughty. It hits hard while the vocal sticks and people always react to it. It's a real banger and brings the right energy to the floor. Dom Dolla feat. Daya - Dreamin (Anyma Remix) Two worlds colliding here. Dom's groove with Anyma's emotional depth. It's a powerful moment in the set where things go a bit more epic and melodic. Cassian – SOS Beautiful and emotional, but still has a pulse that keeps the energy flowing. I love dropping this one because it really has a unique energy. Cloonee, Young M.A & InntRaw - Stephanie (HNTR Remix) This remix has some serious punch. It takes the original to a darker, more driving place which is perfect when I want to shift gears in the set and take things deeper. I loved to play the original one before, but this remix caught me even more. Robin Schulz, OSWALD - eternal life This track means a lot to me. It shows where I'm at musically right now. Emotional, uplifting, but a bit more club-focused. Playing it live always feels special. Zombie Nation – Kernkraft 400 (James Hype Edit) It's a total classic, and the James Hype edit gives it a fresh energy. Everyone knows it; everyone is going crazy. It's one of those guaranteed moments in my sets.
