Creamfields 2025: The highest paid DJs on Spotify in 2025; are any performing this year?
As one of the biggest dance music festivals in the world, Creamfields brings together electronic music's finest, ranging from names that have frequented the UK Top 40 to up-and-coming artists the festival looks to champion.
But with such a sheer wealth of DJ talent out there, is there one who can truly call themselves King or Queen of streaming services? Or, in this case, who is sitting atop the Spotify heap earning the most from UK fans in 2025?
Spin Genie took a look at some of the figures as part of their roundup of the most influential DJs of 2025 to find that answer and, equally important, how many of the top ten are set to perform at Creamfields this year?
Methodology
The ranking of DJs was compiled by first generating an artist seed list from ChartMasters and DJMag . For each artist, data was then collected on average monthly listens from Spotify, total Google searches and their percentage change (comparing April 2023-March 2024 with April 2024-March 2025) via Google Keyword Planner , and the number of news articles from Google Search News (using alternate terms for ambiguous names).
Additionally, follower counts were obtained from each artist's verified Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Finally, all collected data points were used to create a normalised score out of ten, resulting in a ranking for both male and female artists.

Ashley Roberts displays her toned figure in a white bikini as she showcases her flexibility on the beach in Turkey
showed off her flexibility during her sun-soaked getaway in Turkey on Wednesday. The former Pussycat Doll singer, 43, filmed herself balancing on her forearms and stretching her legs into the splits while on the beach. Ashley displayed her jaw-dropping figure in a white bikini while performing the acrobatics in the picturesque location. Alongside the impressive clip, Ashley wrote on Instagram: ' Netflix and chill' It comes after she flashed her sunburnt bottom in a cheeky Instagram video on Tuesday. The presenter admitted she 'never learns' as she missed to put on enough sunscreen while soaking up the sun at the beach. Ashley shared a mirror video on her Stories wearing a skimpy blue bikini as she turned displaying her red bottom. The radio presenter joked she is ' Too hot to handle ?!' as she moved her bikini bottoms revealing the burn and flashing her lower back tattoo. She said: 'Day one and I never learn, ouch!' Earlier in the day, Ashley cooled off from the sun as she paddled in the ocean while staying at the 5-star Yazz Collective hotel. It comes after Ashley opened up to the Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her . She told Mail columnist Bryony Gordon how being forced to give up dancing - and discovering breathwork - pulled her back from the brink of a mental breakdown. The performer was only 22 years old when she joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, eventually moving to London from Los Angeles after their split in 2010. Ashley's new book transforms the hard-won lessons from her difficult past into practical techniques for improving mental and physical health. The former Pussycat Doll singer, 43, filmed herself balancing on her forearms and stretching her legs into the split while on the beach 'My body was literally shutting down', Ashley told the podcast. 'The Dolls were in London doing a show. I was sat in my hotel room and all of a sudden, I had this extreme headache. 'The pain was unreal. I also felt really sick. We were supposed to do a show in Germany the next day, so I called my manager - who told me to go to the hospital. 'The doctors thought I'd had a brain aneurysm. When I went to have an MRI, my knee locked up and that was viral arthritis entering my body. 'My mentality at the time was all about making it to the next show – but that was the moment I remember thinking, "What's going on here? I need to take a second because this isn't cool".' Ashley revealed how the cutthroat music industry had instilled a toxic work ethic that was destroying her health. 'The early 2000s was a whole different era honey', the performer told Bryony. No one ever spoke about mental health or the importance of checking in. 'I am grateful there has been a shift – people cancelling shows now when they need to look after themselves. 'I felt I was weak. It was instilled in us from a young age that we were interchangeable. 'There was a pressure of like, if you don't show up, who knows what might happen? 'I grew up in the dance world and there is still an attitude of – if you break your toe, you need to keep going. Your mind is programmed to think: the show must go on. 'In the end, I had to take some time off. It was a viral infection with extreme side effects – what was probably a manifestation of being so rundown.' Following The Pussycat Dolls' split in 2010, Ashley began building her career in the UK, finishing as runner-up on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2012. After making the move to London permanent, the Heart Radio presenter told Bryony how feeling 'spiritually lost' in her new home led her to discover breathwork - her second great love after music. 'After the Dolls, I stopped dancing completely', Ashley said. 'Being in a pop group for so long, I just shut all that down and wanted to go in a different direction.' It was then she found breathwork: 'It created this sense of calm that I can't explain. 'I always felt this chaos internally and suddenly, for a few moments, it felt like I wasn't battling it anymore. 'I didn't quite realise how then how great a tool it would be in helping me process life. 'When my dad died, that ability to reflect gave me the motivation to stay strong – and I want to share that.'

Taylor Swift confirms October album release for The Life of A Showgirl
Unveiling a copy of the new record, the singer said: 'This is my new album, The Life Of A Showgirl. It's something I was working on while I was in Europe on the Eras tour.' Travis Kelce said the fact that Swift recorded the album while simultaneously travelling the world for her sold-out tour was 'still blowing my mind'. Swift said: 'I just love music. I would be playing shows three nights in a row then I would have three days off. 'I would fly to Sweden. Working on this, I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour, but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating.' In an Instagram post, the 35-year-old revealed the album's artwork and 12-track listing – with Sabrina Carpenter featuring on the title song and only collaboration. The Life Of A Showgirl is Swift's first album since regaining control over her back catalogue and purchasing the rights to all of her concert films, music videos, album art and photography, as well as her unreleased songs. The US popstar re-recorded her first six albums and released them as Taylor's Version, following a dispute with retired talent manager Scooter Braun. Braun acquired the back catalogue when he bought Swift's former label. Her master copies were then sold in a deal with Shamrock Capital, before Swift purchased them from the company in May. Swift has released new versions of Fearless (2008), Red (2012), Speak Now (2010) and 1989 (2014). Her 12th album follows 2024's The Tortured Poets Department, and comes after Swift's billion-dollar, record-breaking Eras Tour ended in December. She made history last summer when the tour became the highest-grossing of all time, and Swift became the first solo artist to perform at London's Wembley Stadium eight times on a single tour. Swift has had four UK number one singles and 13 UK number one albums, and some of her best-known songs include Love Story, Shake It Off and 22.

American Pickers star Danielle Colby, 49, flashes underboob in crop top and skimpy thong for risqué photo
Danielle Colby left little to the imagination while posing for a risqué Instagram snap. The 49-year-old TV personality - who is known for appearing on the History channel reality series American Pickers - sported a crop top and skimpy thong bottoms in a post that was shared Tuesday. Colby - who prefers they/them pronouns - allowed their locks to flow down past their shoulders in light waves. The burlesque dancer additionally slipped into a pair of open-toed heels while gazing towards the camera. The star held a cigarette in their hand while seated on what appeared to be a settee for the spontaneous photo session. Colby briefly stepped away from social media in January before returning two months later with a new Instagram account and also resumed posting OnlyFans content. When they are not busy stepping in front of the camera for American Pickers, Colby continues to follow their passion for burlesque and also teaches classes. The media personality also opened the Ecdysiast Arts Museum earlier this summer which is located in Davenport, Iowa. It is described as, 'a new cultural space that honors the legacy of burlesque and celebrates performers who helped shape modern entertainment,' per a post by Downtown Davenport. Colby will often take to their main Instagram page - which boasts around 26K followers - to show off their burlesque skills and accompanying costumes. Earlier this month, the reality star also had the chance to headline the Ohio Burlesque Festival. During a past interview with Fox News in 2018, Colby - whose stage name is Dannie Diesel - opened up about how their passion for burlesque came to be. 'The interesting thing is I grew up a Jehovah's Witness and I had a very, very strict upbringing,' the star explained. 'So burlesque wasn't something that was really around for me. I couldn't be around it. It was new and taboo.' Colby further added, 'The burlesque journey has really been an interesting one for me. It's part of my life journey, my relationship with my body and my relationship with sexuality. 'It's deep and it really started from a place of anxiety and depression. It really helped me blossom into a person who is less anxious and less depressed.' The dancer added that burlesque has 'taught me a lot about ego, humanity, kindness, sharing. It also taught me a lot about what I don't want to be and what I do want to be.' Colby has also appeared in the latest 27th season of American Pickers which began airing episodes on July 2. The star joined other co-stars including Mike Wolfe, Robbie Wolfe and also Jon 'Jersey' Szalay. Colby has been appearing on the show since it initially premiered back in 2010. Last year in September, former castmate Frank Fritz passed away at the age of 60 due to the effects of a stroke he had suffered in 2022. At the time of his death, Colby penned a heartbreaking tribute and said, 'Frank, I will miss your ability to make everyone laugh, your love for talking tattoos, your epic collections but what I will miss the most are those little glimpses of vulnerability from time to time.' The TV personality continued, 'Frank, you loved your cat and your momma and we bonded on those things. 'You will be missed for all of these reasons and so many more. Rest in Peace Road Dog.' While talking to Newsweek last month in July, Colby reflected on Fritz's passing as well as his absence from American Pickers. 'Boy, we miss Frank. We miss his laughter. We miss his sense of humor,' the dancer expressed to the outlet. 'I think his sense of humor was the most important piece of his personality that really kept us together and kept things on the same thread. And it was, man, that sense of humor is sharp. A very, very witty man.' The reality star further expressed, 'We love Frank and we miss him,' before adding the Fritz's death had been a 'huge loss'; Fritz seen in 2011 Colby added that they missed the 'moments where he was emotionally vulnerable and would give me a hug or, you know, call up and ask questions, or ask for advice. I miss those moments when he was able to kind of like reach out very personally.' The reality star further expressed, 'We love Frank and we miss him,' before adding the Fritz's death had been a 'huge loss.' 'Huge loss for the community here in the Quad Cities. Huge loss the world. Huge, huge loss for us.' The season 27 finale of American Pickers is slated to air on the History channel later this month on August 20.
