(Jamie Dowsett/CTV News Winnipeg) 'Bison on the Boulevard' was created in support of Toba Centre for Children and Youth—an organization that provides a space for children and families who've been impacted by abuse to find comfort, healing and resources. 'The Toba Centre's thoughtful care and incredible wraparound supports make them a leader in our province when it comes to caring for our young Manitobans,' said MLA for Tuxedo Carla Compton. 'Toba Centre is a place where children and youth can feel supported even in their most vulnerable moments.' The installation is located along Roblin Boulevard between Shaftsbury Boulevard and Assiniboine Park Drive.
