His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received the credentials of 19 newly appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom of Bahrain during a formal ceremony held yesterday at Sakhir Palace. The ceremony, which reflected Bahrain's enduring commitment to fostering international cooperation and friendship, saw ambassadors from various countries present their letters of credence to His Majesty. The new envoys represent a diverse lineup of nations including Denmark, Slovakia, Chad, Mongolia, Canada, the Czech Republic, the Bahamas, Turkmenistan, Sweden, Guinea, Seychelles, Estonia, Latvia, Tanzania, South Africa, Spain, Tajikistan, Guatemala, and Moldova. During the ceremony, His Majesty the King delivered a welcoming speech, reaffirming Bahrain's pride in its strong diplomatic ties with each of the represented nations. His Majesty expressed his hope for a productive and successful tenure for all the ambassadors and assured them of Bahrain's full support in strengthening mutual cooperation. Asian Boxing Championships kick off in Amman with 410 participants
Ammon News - The Asian Amateur Boxing Championships for under-15 and under-17 categories officially began Saturday at the Rashid Al-Zyoud Hall in Al Hussein Youth City, with the participation of 410 male and female athletes. Sultan's Special Force marks annual day
MUSCAT: The Sultan's Special Force (SSF) on Sunday celebrated its annual day which falls on March 15 every year. The ceremony, which saw the graduation of a new batch of soldier recruits, was held under the auspices of Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office. Upon the arrival of the chief guest at Al Sumood Camp's military parade ground, the Royal Guard of Oman's band played the Royal Anthem. The column of the graduates gave the military salute to the chief guest. Gen Sultan al Numani inspected the front row of the column. Then, the graduates performed a military show, passing in front of the dais, and they gave the military salute to the chief guest.
