278 candidates receive appointment letters in rozgar mela
Visakhapatnam: Union Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu exhorted the youth from North Andhra districts that it's time to contribute to the development of the society and nation building. Addressing the gathering at the 15th Rozgar Mela organised in Visakhapatnam on Saturday, the Union Minister stated that North Andhra has all the resources and opportunities to get developed. Expressing confidence, Rammohan Naidu said that candidates from this part of the country have better understanding of the problems of this region and are good at offering solutions as well. Later, speaking to the media, after handing over offer letters to the joining candidates, the Union Minister mentioned that it is a visionary initiative of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make youth part of building 'Viksit Bharat.' All efforts are in place to align the youth's energy and their innovative ideas in nation building, he emphasised. Also, to encourage the aspiring youths, the timeline process from notification to the issues of appointment letters has been brought down to one year. Since the inception of Rozgar Melas, over 10 lakh youths have received their appointment letters, he informed. He appealed to the candidates to be role models to the rest of the youth. The new recruits, selected from across the country, will be joining the central government in various ministries, departments. Organised at 47 different parts of the country, the 15th Rozgar Mela aided in providing offer letters to 51,236 total new recruits. Of them, the Union Civil Aviation Minister gave away appointment letters to 278 candidates in Visakhapatnam.

Speaking at the 'Rozgar Mela' event held here on Saturday, he said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi holds the Rozgar Mela in high regard. He is a leader who has kept his promise of providing 10 lakh jobs. The Rozgar Mela, 'which began on October 22, 2022, is still ongoing. To date, 14 Rozgar Melas have been conducted, resulting in the filling of 925,000 jobs. With Saturday's 15th Rozgar Mela, over 51,000 jobs are being filled across the country, bringing the total close to the 10 lakh mark.' Fulfilling such a significant number of jobs within a specified timeframe without any room for corruption or error is no small achievement, and the Modi government deserves credit for this. He said that when vacancies exist in government departments, the workload increases for existing employees, making it challenging to offer services in remote areas. In response, under PM Modi's leadership, vacancies in various departments are being filled promptly. 'No previous government has regularly filled vacant positions like this—this distinction belongs to Modi. Currently, the Rozgar Mela is taking place at 47 centers across the country, with appointment letters being issued to 51,000 candidates.' Approximately 700 candidates are receiving appointment letters from the MCHRD center, and 'I am pleased to personally hand over letters to 100 of them. Congratulations to all the candidates and their families receiving appointment letters today,' he added.

Modi government measures will shake Pakistan to its core: Bandi
Hyderabad: Union minister of state (MoS) for home affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has said that the Narendra Modi govt is committed to eradicating terrorism and preparing to take strong measures that will shake Pakistan to its core. He stated that the Pahalgam attack represents the height of terrorist brutality and those who wield guns will eventually fall to the same weapons. Speaking at a 'Rozgar Mela' event held at Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Centre in Jubilee Hills on Saturday, he mentioned that Prime Minister Modi holds the Rozgar Mela programme close to his heart and wants to provide a million jobs. The Rozgar Mela, which began on October 22, 2022, continues to this day. So far, 14 Rozgar Melas have been conducted, resulting in filling up of 9,25,000 jobs. Sanjay said the previous BRS govt had failed to fill jobs regularly, with paper leaks and delays causing injustice to unemployed youth. "Even the current Congress govt is plagued by corruption and irregularities. However, the Centre is filling jobs transparently and systematically, with no room for malpractice," he emphasised. Through Saturday's 15th Rozgar Mela, over 51,000 jobs were being filled across the country, bringing the total close to the million mark. "Filling so many jobs within a stipulated time frame without room for corruption or error is no small feat, and that credit goes to the Modi govt. When vacancies exist in govt departments, the burden falls on existing employees, making it hard to provide services in remote areas. Keeping this in mind, vacancies in departments are being filled promptly. No govt in the past had filled vacant positions regularly like this — this distinction goes to Modi," he said.

Modi government's tough stance on terrorism will shake Pakistan: Bandi Sanjay
Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar stated that the Pahalgam incident represents the height of terrorist brutality and those who wield guns will eventually fall to them. The Minister assured the people that the retaliation for the Pahalgam terror activity by the Narendra Modi government will shake Pakistan to its core and send a message of assurance to the country that government will not bow to terrorist activities. He sought nation's support to strengthen Mr Modi's hands in this regard. Speaking at the 'Rozgar Mela' at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Centre in Hyderabad, he said Prime Minister Modi stood by his word, generating one million jobs. He handed over letters to about 700 people selected for various jobs. So far, 14 Rozgar Melas have been conducted, resulting in the filling of 925,000 jobs. Mr.. Sanjay said that having secured a job through hard work and study, now it was their responsibility to perform duties with commitment and earn recognition. 'You know that PM Modi is determined to create job opportunities, which is why we were able to fill 1 million positions. This is a government that delivers on its promises.' The Minister said that initiatives like Startup India, Stand-up India, and Make in India were encouraging youth to not only get jobs but also become job creators. During the pandemic, when countries like the U.S. faced economic crises, India remained stable because of the Atmanirbhar package, a feat credited to the Modi government, he asserted. Mr. Sanjay also criticised the previous BRS government, accusing it of failing to fill jobs regularly. Paper leaks and delays caused injustice to unemployed youth.
