Rushil Decor to complete phase 2 of Jumbo Laminate plant by Q3 FY26
Rushil Decor Limited (NSE: RUSHIL, BSE: 533470), a key player in India's interior infrastructure space, has announced its financial results for FY2025 along with plans to expand its manufacturing capabilities. The company posted a consolidated revenue of ₹8,979 million, reflecting a 6.4% year-on-year growth. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹479 million, up 11.1% from the previous fiscal, driven by export-led growth, operational efficiencies, and a wider value-added product mix.
In line with its strategic growth plans, Rushil Décor aims to complete Phase 2 of its Jumbo Laminate manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat by the third quarter of FY26. Once both phases are fully operational, the plant will add 2.8 million sheets annually (assuming 1 mm, single-side decorative laminate), with a focus on export markets including the USA and Europe.
The combined capacity from Phase 1 and 2 is expected to generate additional annual revenues of approximately ₹300 crore, with an estimated EBITDA margin of around 11%. The company has already secured export orders for 15% of Phase 1's capacity and is steadily ramping up production.
This expansion underscores Rushil Décor's commitment to strengthening its global presence and meeting the increasing demand for premium laminate products across international markets.
