Prohibitory orders in Cyberabad ahead of SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations
In view of the upcoming SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, the Cyberabad police issued a prohibitory order restricting public assembly and commercial activity around exam centres. The order, issued by the Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty, prohibits the assembly of five or more persons within a 200-metre radius of all designated examination centres. This restriction will be in place from 6 a.m. on June 3 to 6 p.m. on June 13, corresponding with the duration of the supplementary examinations. Additionally, all photocopying and internet centres located within a 100-metre radius of the exam venues must remain closed throughout the examination period. The notification clarifies that the following are exempt from the purview of the order: police officers, military personnel, home guards, members of the education department's flying squad, and funeral processions members on duty. The official warned that any violation of these directives will attract legal action under the applicable laws.

SSC advanced supply exam hall tickets released
Hyderabad: The Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, announced on Tuesday that hall tickets for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, scheduled to begin on June 3, have been uploaded on the official website, Officials stated that candidates should contact their respective headmasters to pay the examination fee and collect their hall tickets. A total of 42,832 students (26,286 boys and 16,546 girls) will be appearing for the SSC and OSSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations in June 2025, across 150 examination centres in the State. Hall tickets along with printed nominal rolls have been dispatched to all schools, and students are required to collect their hall tickets from their respective headmasters.

Girls outshined boys once again, with 94.26% of them passing compared to 91.32% of boys, a difference of 2.94 percentage points. Among private candidates, the pass percentage was 57.22%, with girls performing better at 61.70% compared to 55.14% for boys. District-wise, Mahabubabad stood first with a pass percentage of 99.29%, while Vikarabad recorded the lowest at 73.97%. In terms of school performance, 4,629 schools achieved a 100% pass rate, while just 2 private institutions registered a 0% pass rate.
