Jackie ‘O' Henderson teased by Kyle Sandilands for sleeping with ‘rando' fan

Radio personality Jackie 'O' Henderson shared more details about her sex life on-air this morning on The Kyle & Jackie O Show. During an interview with OnlyFans star Annie Knight, Henderson was teased by co-host Kyle Sandilands for once sleeping with a fan of the show. 'Pick and chose those fans, bro,' he told a producer on-air, who said they had received a DM from a fan on the weekend. 'They're not all that good. Jackie found that out that hard way too, right Jackie?' 'No, that's not true. I have [slept with a fan] and he was lovely,' she replied as Sandilands continued to mock her for sleeping with a 'rando' she met while out clubbing years ago. 'He was in her ear and he goes, 'I can't believe I'm having sex with Kyle and Jackie O,' Sandilands claimed. 'He did not say you! You were not mentioned,' Henderson laughed. 'Stop inserting yourself into my story.' It was this time last year that Henderson first confessed to getting intimate with a fan. The 50-year-old said she decided to give the fan a go but things didn't go quite as she had hoped in the bedroom. 'He was a really big fan of the show. I don't mind that, if they listen to the show, I think that is good … I like that,' she said about the man, whose identity she did not disclose. 'It turns out he was a super fan. Halfway through sex, he says, 'I can't believe I'm having sex with Jackie O,'' she added of the man, who also said he felt like 'he was in a dream' when sleeping with her. Henderson said that although that was 'off-putting', she still found him to be lovely. 'It was so sweet. He was the sweetest guy,' she concluded. Elsewhere in that conversation, Sandilands asked his co-host if it was hard to date people, given she is 'a famous person'. 'I forget that part,' she replied. 'I'm just the same as them. You're vulnerable. You meet someone there's so much pressure.' Her latest sex life discussion comes one week after Henderson broke down in tears on-air as she spoke about her love live and manifesting a partner. 'How would you manifest your ideal partner when you don't have a vision of what they look like? How do you do that?' the radio host asked her guest, American author and motivational speaker Gabrielle Bernstein. 'I can't tap into that. But I also have done quite a lot of work on myself, and I didn't realise that I never felt good enough until I went deep,' Henderson added. 'And then it all came up and it was like a bloody pressure cooker and everything came out.' She added that finding love was tough while she was still working on herself an her sobriety journey. 'I know it takes a long time to do that. You know, to heal. I feel like I've been working on it for two and a half years, constantly,' she said.

ABC Radio sinks to new low in Melbourne ahead of election

The ABC's local radio station has again delivered its lowest ever share of the city's radio audience, in a stark result indicating the network's waning influence on Melburnians in the lead-up to the Federal Election. ABC Radio Melbourne posted a 4.3 per cent share in the city, down 0.4 percentage points from the previous survey, while its new breakfast lineup featuring former AFL footballer Bob Murphy and former Channel Seven reporter Sharnelle Vella has also failed to grab audiences so far. Yet, the survey was more positive for the headline-grabbing breakfast duo of Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson on KIIS FM, delivering their biggest audience bump since launching in Melbourne just over a year ago. The pair grew their audience 0.7 percentage points to a 5.8 per cent share in survey two, aided by a major promotional giveaway. The results were published one day after Sandilands threatened to pull the show from Melbourne if its performance didn't improve. 'If we don't rate better by the end of this year, I'm pulling the carpet out. I'll just take the show off Melbourne,' Sandilands said on air on Wednesday. The show leapfrogged the ABC's breakfast pairing in the breakfast slot. Murphy and Vella's share fell 0.7 percentage points to a 5.6 per cent share, while Drive host Ali Moore's show also fell by 0.8 percentage points to a 3.6 per cent share. The latter's share was 7.8 per cent in the same survey last year. Loading Raf Epstein's Mornings show was the sole ABC Radio Melbourne program not to lose share, but it only grew by 0.1 percentage points to a 4.6 per cent share, also significantly down on previous years. It was a positive result for the new Radio National Breakfast program in Melbourne, however, with a share jump of 0.5 percentage points, landing on a 2.3 per cent share.

Warning: this story contains strong language of an explicit sexual nature. Controversial radio broadcaster Kyle Sandilands vowed to pull his radio show from Melbourne if its ratings did not improve by the end of the year, as the station's parent company prepared to inform staff of more redundancies and an offshoring of several functions on Wednesday afternoon. Sandilands, who hosts the KIIS FM breakfast show with Jackie 'O' Henderson, told listeners on Wednesday morning the pair were not going to 'super serve Melbourne and ignore our Sydney audience', after the show's first year of expansion significantly underperformed. 'You either glue on in Melbourne or you [expletive]. One or the other. Here's something I haven't even discussed with Jackie... if we don't rate better by the end of this year, I'm pulling the carpet out. I'll just take the show off Melbourne,' Sandilands said. The show employed a censor to block expletives. 'We're not just going to suck Melbourne off all day, every day,' he added, in response to a new promotional pitch to help drive audiences in the Victorian capital. He made the on-air comments hours before ARN Media chief executive Ciaran Davis would tell staff of further redundancies as part of a business transformation, which includes off-shoring several functions, including finance, technology and media services. Loading 'We are changing the composition of our team to become leaner and more efficient, which will involve the relocation of some roles and unfortunately, a reduction in head count,' Davis said in a statement. During the show, Sandilands said he and Henderson had complete control over the show, with the station's management having no control aside from selling advertisements.
