Emong has 4 Pangasinan towns under Signal No. 2

According to its 11 p.m. bulletin, Bolinao, Anda, Bani, Agno, and Burgos in Pangasinan are under Signal No. 2.
The northwestern portion of Pangasinan is under Signal No. 2 as Tropical Storm Emong slightly intensifies, PAGASA said Wednesday evening.

The western portion of Nueva Vizcaya (Santa Fe, Bambang, Kayapa, Ambaguio, Bayombong, Solano, Villaverde, Bagabag, Diadi, Aritao)
Emong was observed at 235 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, and moving southwestward at 15 km/h.
It has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h.
Emong is forecasted to move generally southwestward on Wednesday before looping over the West Philippine Sea on Thursday due to its interaction with Tropical Storm Dante.
Emong is also expected to make landfall over Ilocos Region then may pass close to Babuyan Islands.
'Emong may reach severe tropical storm category tomorrow morning. Further intensification into typhoon before its landfall is not ruled out,' PAGASA said.
Meanwhile, Dante was located at 810 km east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h.
It was moving northwestward at 15 km/h and is expected to move in the same direction over the Philippine Sea for the next 24 hours before moving west northwestward towards the Ryukyu Islands and then the East China Sea.
PAGASA said Dante may exit PAR by Thursday afternoon.
'Dante is forecast to remain as a tropical storm throughout the forecast period. Further intensification into a severe tropical storm remains less likely but is not ruled out,' PAGASA said.
