According to its 11 p.m. bulletin, Bolinao, Anda, Bani, Agno, and Burgos in Pangasinan are under Signal No. 2.
The northwestern portion of Pangasinan is under Signal No. 2 as Tropical Storm Emong slightly intensifies, PAGASA said Wednesday evening.

Emong was observed at 235 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, and moving southwestward at 15 km/h.
It has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h.
Emong is forecasted to move generally southwestward on Wednesday before looping over the West Philippine Sea on Thursday due to its interaction with Tropical Storm Dante.
Emong is also expected to make landfall over Ilocos Region then may pass close to Babuyan Islands.
'Emong may reach severe tropical storm category tomorrow morning. Further intensification into typhoon before its landfall is not ruled out,' PAGASA said.
Meanwhile, Dante was located at 810 km east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h.
It was moving northwestward at 15 km/h and is expected to move in the same direction over the Philippine Sea for the next 24 hours before moving west northwestward towards the Ryukyu Islands and then the East China Sea.
PAGASA said Dante may exit PAR by Thursday afternoon.
'Dante is forecast to remain as a tropical storm throughout the forecast period. Further intensification into a severe tropical storm remains less likely but is not ruled out,' PAGASA said.

Iloilo City under state of calamity due to impact of enhanced 'Habagat'
The Iloilo City Council has approved in its regular session on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, a recommendation made by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) to place the city under a state of calamity. In addition, it was cited that 'fifteen percent of the forecast affected population, based on science-based projection, is 38,062.' Based on the CDRRMO Situation Report as of July 28, 2025, the population affected due to flooding reached a total of 44,723, while at least 12,158 were affected by storm surge. Over P1.9-B damage to agri due to Crising, Dante, Emong, Habagat —NDRRMC
More than P1.9 billion worth of agriculture were damaged due to combined effects of the southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong, according to data from National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Wednesday. In its Situational Report No. 26 dated July 30, NDRRMC said the production loss or cost of damage reached P1,960,474,286.32 affecting 66,989 farmers and fisherfolks. The most affected was Region 3 posting P1,105,731,824.39 damage to agriculture; followed by Region 4B (MIMAROPA) with 190,461,873.31; Region 1 with P155,786,034.97; Region 4A (CALABARZON) with 146,738,657.04; Negros Island Region with P97,265,558.58; Region 6 with P83,204,081.20; Region 2 with P76,411,047; Region 12 with 58,681,824; Region 5 with P44,914,911.19. Meanwhile, the estimated cost of damage to infrastructure was at P9,499,410,993.514. Affected areas were Regions 1, 2, 3, Cordillera Administrative Region, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, NIR, and 10. A total of 37,557 houses were also damaged in Regions 1, 2, CAR, 3, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, NIR, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, CARAGA, and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. NDRRMC noted that the decrease in figure was due to ongoing validation and verification. The tropical cyclones and Habagat also affected 2,064,096 families or 7,457,942 persons. Of the number, 32,332 families or 113,438 persons were served inside 1,145 evacuation centers and 23,967 families or 90,617 persons were served outside evacuation centers. PAGASA: Scattered rains over Metro Manila, Luzon areas due to Habagat
The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will continue to affect Metro Manila and the rest of the country, bringing occasional rains, PAGASA said on Wednesday. In its 4 a.m. forecast, the weather bureau said ckoudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, and Rizal due to habagat. The same weather system will bring occasional rains in the Ilocos region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Abra, and Benguet. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms as a result of the Southwest Monsoon.
