'Sharing Yibin Globally' City Culture Event Kicks Off in Beijing, Enthralling Chinese & Int'l Guests with Yibin's Charm
On August 15th, the 'Sharing Yibin with the World' city cultural experience event kicked off in the core area of Beijing's central axis. International students from Russia, UK, France, Mexico, Spain and other countries, as well as Chinese and foreign media groups, gathered together and boarded the unique Yibin-style 'mobile viewing restaurant' bus, enjoying the dazzling night view of Beijing while tasting authentic Yibin cuisine and Yibin Wuliangye, and experiencing the unique charm of Yibin, the 'first city of the Yangtze River'.
At the event, Chinese and foreign guests paused to tick off in front of the well decorated Yibin city scenery installation. Through graphic displays and explanations, they gained an in-depth understanding of Yibin's tourism culture, special cuisine and industrial development achievements. Inside the sightseeing bus, the aroma of authentic Yibin Wuliangye, Yibin Burning Noodles, Lizhuang White Pork, Junlian Peppercorn Chicken and other delicacies fills the air. While tasting the food, the guests interacted with the staff in both languages and enthusiastically learned the Yibin dialect. The scene was filled with laughter and joy.
'This is my first time tasting Wuliangye, it's so fragrant! Yibin Burning Noodles also has a very rich taste, I really like it!' An international student from France expressed his excitement. One of the Mexican student raved about Li Zhuang White Pork: 'The way to eat Li Zhuang White Pork is so interesting. The thin slices of meat paired with the special dipping sauce are amazing!'
