The programme, running from April 14 to July 31, aims to provide individuals aged 25 and above with the necessary training to lead professionally-oriented mentorship programmes, meeting the highest international standards. Participants will earn the Certified Mentor certification from the International Mentoring Federation upon successful completion. Key skills developed The Certified Mentor Programme offers an intensive educational experience where participants will gain critical skills such as adhering to ethical guidelines, building self-confidence, and developing effective communication and listening abilities. Additionally, they will learn information-gathering techniques to enhance communication between mentors and mentees, develop strategies for goal-setting, and manage diverse situations with professionalism.
