Drake And Lil Wayne's Early Collaboration Returns At A New High Point
Lil Wayne helped Drake begin his music career nearly two decades ago, and the two have been great friends and frequent collaborators ever since. The pair rank among the most successful in hip-hop history, and they regularly appear on the Billboard charts next to one another. This frame, Drake and Wayne jointly return to one list with a decade-plus-old tune — one which manages to somehow become an even bigger win than ever before. 'She Will' Returns at a New Peak 'She Will,' fronted by Wayne and featuring Drake, reappears on the Rap Streaming Songs chart this week. The collaboration comes back at No. 14 – 25 weeks into its time on the tally — and climbs to a new peak position on Billboard's ranking of the most-streamed rap tracks throughout the U.S. Tha Carter IV 'She Will' was pushed as a single from Wayne's album Tha Carter IV in August 2011. The tune arrived shortly before the full-length, the fourth in his famed Tha Carter series. Recently, 'She Will' has gone viral on TikTok, which has helped it reappear on the Rap Streaming Songs chart. 'She Will' Reached No. 3 on the Hot 100 During its initial run on Billboard's tallies, 'She Will' became a huge hit for both Wayne and Drake. The tune peaked at No. 3 on the Hot 100, rose to No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs list, and missed out on becoming a champion on the Hot Rap Songs roster by just one spot. Drake Dominates the Rap Streaming Songs Chart The Rap Streaming Songs chart only features 15 spaces, and this week Drake claims one-third of all available real estate. In addition to 'She Will' reappearing in second-to-last place, the Canadian hip-hop powerhouse earns another comeback, as 'Wait For U' – fronted by Future and also featuring Tems – breaks back in at No. 12. At the same time, his own cuts 'Which One' with Central Cee, 'Nokia' and 'What Did I Miss?' appear at Nos. 4, 5 and 7, respectively.

Drake Joins Lil Wayne On A New Hit — Though The Song Is A Decade Old
Drake is still heavily promoting his latest album, Some Sexy Songs for You, a collaborative project with PartyNextDoor, and the set is living inside the top 10 on every Billboard ranking on which it appears. Multiple singles from the project are also performing very well, especially 'Nokia,' which almost topped the Hot 100 recently. As if the Canadian superstar didn't have enough music out for fans to enjoy, a tune that was released well over a decade ago has become something of a surprise win in America this week, as Drake joins his mentor and friend Lil Wayne with a new success. A collaboration between the two musicians appears on a pair of Billboard rosters this frame after going viral on TikTok. It debuts on one and returns to another in its best position ever. "She Will" is not new. It was released as a single from Wayne's album Tha Carter IV, dropping in the summer of 2011. The tune became a proper smash at the time, one of the biggest from Drake's catalog, just a few years into his time as a superstar. The track climbed to No. 3 on the Hot 100 and also appeared inside the top three on a number of Billboard's genre-specific tallies, including some focused on general consumption and others that look specifically at radio airplay. Now it's back, and it manages to appear on several other rankings. "She Will" debuts this frame on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs chart, which ranks the most-played tracks across those genres in the United States on popular platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and others. The Wayne/Drake tune kicks off its time at No. 22, earning the top start of the week. Only one other track, "Whim Whamiee" by Pluto and YKNiece, also manages to start on the list, launching at No. 23. Between the two musicians, Drake is far and away the more successful on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs tally. This latest debut marks his two-hundred-and-fifty-seventh placement on the list. That sum includes 125 top 10s, 25 of which have reached No. 1. Wayne, meanwhile, has placed 44 tracks somewhere on this list — less than half as many top 10s as Drake. He has thus far accrued just four winners. The Wayne/Drake collaboration also appears on the Rap Streaming Songs chart, but it's not new to that list. Instead, in its twenty-fourth frame somewhere on the much-more-specific tally, it reenters in last place, at No. 15. That's as high as it's ever reached, even though it's currently at the bottom of the ranking.
