Lebanon Says Two Dead in Israel Strike
An Israeli strike killed a Lebanese father and son Tuesday in a southern village, the Lebanese health ministry and state media said, the latest deaths despite a November ceasefire. A second son was also wounded in the strike in Shebaa, the state-run National News Agency reported. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military. "An Israeli enemy drone carried out a strike in the village of Shebaa, killing two people and wounding one," a health ministry statement said, AFP reported. Israel had warned on Friday that it would keep up its strikes on Hezbollah targets across Lebanon despite the condemnation expressed by the Lebanese government after a massive strike on south Beirut the previous night on the eve of the Eid al-Adha holiday. Hezbollah said the strikes levelled nine residential blocks. The Israeli military said they targeted underground drone factories. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the strikes as a "a flagrant violation" of the November 27 ceasefire agreement, which was supposed to end more than a year of hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah that culminated in two months of full-blown war.

MP Kassem Hachem condemns Israeli 'criminal aggression' after killing of two shepherds in South Lebanon
MP Kassem Hachem, a member of the Development and Liberation bloc, condemned Israel's targeting of two Lebanese shepherds from the same family, calling it a 'criminal aggression' and part of a decades-long pattern of Israeli brutality against Lebanon. 'These citizens were simply struggling to make an honest living,' Hachem said. 'What the Israeli enemy did today is yet another act of barbarism, continuing its aggression against Lebanon.' He accused Israel of disregarding the ceasefire agreement and said that international sponsors of that agreement bear responsibility for the violations. 'The Israeli enemy has only grown more brazen in its attacks, killing Lebanese civilians daily,' Hachem said, referring to the latest victims in Shebaa as well as previous fatalities, injuries, and the abduction of civilians. 'All of this has gone on without a single word of condemnation or any serious action from the international community to put an end to this aggression.' He called on the Lebanese government to act swiftly: 'We demand immediate action using all available means to confront this aggression and protect the homeland, its people, sovereignty, and dignity. How much longer will this silence last? The Lebanese state must raise its voice in every forum, and urgently.'

Israeli Airstrike Targets Shepherds in Border town of Shebaa
Israel carried out a new attack in south Lebanon on Tuesday firing at shepherds in the border town of Shebaa. The Israeli drone strike killed two, a shepherd and his son from the Kanaan family. The shepherd's second son was also hit, said the state-run National News agency. On Monday, and Israeli airstrike hit a vehicle on Wadi al-Nemrieh road in Zefta-south Lebanon. Israel does not abide by the terms of the Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire that came into effect on November 27. Its forces still occupy five strategic points in south Lebanon, and its military continues to carry out airstrikes in south and east Lebanon, and in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
