'Ghee is undeniably nutrient-rich, supplying vitamins A, D, E, and K—compounds that support glowing skin and cell repair when eaten in moderation as part of a balanced diet. These nutrients, when absorbed through a well-rounded menu, can subtly enhance skin health over time,' said Malhotra. The nutritionist added, 'This, in turn, reduces acidity and improves sleep. You do know that sleep and excretion, all of digestion, in fact, are linked. Poor digestion and assimilation are also linked with low vitamin D and B12 levels as well. Improved sleep will also lead to improved fat loss, moods and skin tone.' According to her, a ghee lamp can help counter the following problems: *Snoring problems *Disturbed sleep *Indigestion/ farting/ burping *IBS and chronic constipation who need fibre or pills daily *People on daily antacids Finally, she advised choose only pure, organic, or homemade ghee without additives. 'Ghee is not a substitute for medical treatment for respiratory problems like blocked nose or dealing with eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions; it can be used as a gentle addition under supervision,
