Shreyanka Patil, Priya Mishra Ruled Out Of India A's Tour Of Australia

Shreyanka Patil and Priya Mishra are out of India A's Australia tour. Dhara Gujjar and Prema Rawat join the squad for T20s, ODIs, and a multi-day match. All-rounder Shreyanka Patil and spinner Priya Mishra have been ruled out of India A's upcoming tour of Australia. The selectors have added 22-year-old Dhara Gujjar and 23-year-old Prema Rawat across all three formats, alongside wicketkeeper-batter Yastika Bhatia, to the one-day squad. Gujjar was earlier named in the one-day and multi-day squads, while Rawat was only part of the T20 squad. The team will play a multi-format series Down Under comprising three T20s, three 50-over matches, and a four-day red-ball fixture against Australia A. 'As mentioned in the earlier media release dated July 10, their participation was subject to fitness clearance," the BCCI said in a statement. 'Both players remain under the care of the BCCI Medical Team at the Centre of Excellence and are currently undergoing their Return-to-Play protocols." Shreyanka has been out of action since last year's Women's T20 World Cup in the UAE due to an ankle injury. She also missed out on IPL 2025 and was replaced by Sneh Rana in Royal Challengers Bengaluru's squad. Shreyanka Patil, Titas Sadhu Named In India A Squad To Tour Australia, Radha Yadav To Lead

Off-spinner Shreyanka Patil and pacer Titas Sadhu continued to chart their way back from injuries as they were included in the India A squad on Thursday to tour Australia for a multi-format away series next month. India will play three T20 Internationals, as many ODIs and a four-day match between August 7 and 24. Shreyanka has been absent from on-field action since last year's Women's T20 World Cup in the UAE with an unspecified injury. However, Shreyanka has already been drafted into play in the Women's Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) in September for defending champions Barbados Royals. Sadhu, on the other hand, missed the tri-series in Sri Lanka, also involving South Africa, in April and did not travel to England for the ongoing white-ball tour as well because of an injury. While Shreyanka's participation in the series against the Aussies will be subject to her getting clearance from the BCCI Centre of Excellence, Sadhu has obtained the same. Left-arm spinner Radha Yadav will lead the sides for T20 Internationals, ODIs and the four-day contest. Opener Shafali Verma too has been named in all the squads. The hard-hitting opener is having a rather underwhelming tour of England, having made just 101 runs from four matches with a highest of 47.
