Dipika Kakar has been diagnosed with a liver tumour, leaving her fans and family concerned. The Sasural Simar Ka actress has a tumour the size of a tennis ball, as described by her husband and TV actor Shoaib Ibrahim. Recently, Jayati Bhatia, Dipika's former co-star from Sasural Simar Ka, also expressed her concern and support for the actress. Among the many voices praying for her speedy recovery, Jayai also shared a heartfelt message of support. In an interview with Tellymasala, the Heeramandi actress confirmed that she has spoken to both Dipika and Shoaib. Hoping for Dipika's speedy recovery, she stated, 'When I woke up, I saw Shoaib's Instagram story and clicked on the link. I saw his vlog where he looked quite distressed, and after listening to him, I was shocked. Main ghabra gayi…" 'I was very worried and couldn't understand who he was talking about, but when he revealed that my Simar aka Dipika, is not keeping well, and the scans, tests showed a tennis ball-sized tumour in her liver. Tennis ball is a very big tumour, it is very big," she added. Jayati Bhatia, who played Dipika's on-screen mother-in-law, revealed that she is confident Dipika will recover very soon. She said, 'I don't know how she managed to bear the pain and how she was feeling with that tumour for so many days. But I'm relieved that they have learnt about the tumour at the right time. Shoaib has mentioned in his vlog that Dipika will be undergoing surgery." The 55-year-old actress further stated, 'I've messaged both Dipika and Shoaib. I didn't want to disturb them by calling them, so I messaged both my Simar and Shoaib. It told them I'm praying, and everything will be fine. I'm sending my energy, good vibes, blessings and wishes to them. I know everything will be fine." She also confirmed that both Shoaib and Dipika replied to her message. 'I'm worried, and I hope that everything will be fine. I know everything will be fine and nothing bad will happen. Dipika is a good child, a good soul. Aur usne humesha dusron ke baare mein bhala he socha hai… (She has always done good to others), So sab accha he hoga," she concluded.
