We hit 28 in our Raiders countdown to kickoff. Who wore it best and who's wearing it now

We've reached 28 days until the Raiders season opener at Foxboro against the Patriots. That's right, just three more Sundays without football. With our countdown at 28 days we take a look at who currently dons the number in Silver & Black and who has brought it the most distinction. No. 28 Who's wearing it now: RB Sincere McCormick The former undrafted free agent out of UT San Antonio spent the last two years with the Raiders, but finally got signed to the active roster. After two games elevated from the practice squad, he was signed on December 3 to the roster. In those three games, he ran for 175 yards averaging 5.5 yards per carry. Then he went down with injury and missed the final three games of the season. Now he's back in the mix trying to earn a spot on this team behind starter Ashton Jeanty and veteran Raheem Mostert. Who wore it best: RB Josh Jacobs Last season the Raiders had the worst rushing team in the league. But a few years ago they had the league's rushing champ. Jacobs ran for a league-leading 1653 yards with 12 touchdowns and added another 400 yards receiving to surpass 2000 yards from scrimmage. Becoming just the third ever Raiders back to lead the league in rushing along with Marcus Allen (1985) and Clem Daniels (1963). And his season rushing total is second only to Allen's (1759). Jacobs's 4740 career Raiders rushing yards is fifth in franchise history. His 40 career rushing touchdowns is third.
