Rams fans should thank Brenda Song for her perfect free agency take

Rams fans should thank Brenda Song for her perfect free agency take might need to get Brenda Song in the front office @RamsNFL — SleeperNFL (@SleeperNFL) March 6, 2025 Did the Los Angeles Rams take advice from actress Brenda Song, known for her roles in Mindy Kaling's new show, Running Point and The Suite Life of Zach and Cody? Turns out the actress who's also married to Macaulay Culkin is a huge Rams fan. And she knows ball. She recently went on a rant about the Rams that went viral -- she was asked what she would have done to stop Saquon Barkley from running all over the Los Angeles squad in the playoffs, and her answer was perfect: she ranted at defensive coordinator Chris Shula and declared, "We don't have a run stopper. ... We cannot stop the run." Well guess what? The Rams listened! They signed nose tackle Poona Ford, who was a former Charger, and he'll help stuff the run. Good work, Brenda.

If a business is headquartered in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, or Westmoreland counties they're eligible to apply for the program. Snoop Dogg makes joke about Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson

Bill Belichick is getting ready for his first year as the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, making the jump from the NFL to college football after taking a year off. Belichick has been working hard on the recruiting trail, earning some big commitments for the 2025 class this past week. But even he needs a break at times. On Thursday, Belichick was in New Orleans for Super Bowl week and attended the annual NFL Honors show. During that show, Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson were the subject of a joke by host Snoop Dogg which took the internet by storm. During Snoop Dogg's opening monologue, he poked fun at the Dallas Cowboys at the expense of Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend. 'I've been a football fan for a long, long time,' Snoop began. 'I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad … Bill Belichick's girlfriend wasn't even born yet!' The joke drew a big laugh from the crowd, including Belichick and Hudson as the camera panned on them. Snoop Dogg firing shots at Bill Belichick and his gf 😬 — SleeperNFL (@SleeperNFL) February 7, 2025 It's all in fun and it comes with the territory of being a legendary coach. Belichick being at the NFL Honors, making media rounds and more also gets attention on his brand as well as the Tar Heels' brand, which is great news. As long as he can handle a few jokes, there's really no harm. James Cook adamantly rejected the excuse that the refs had anything to do with the Chiefs' AFC title

While the Chiefs have benefited from some favorable calls this season, Sunday's AFC Championship Game was about as fairly an officiated game as we could have asked for. Still, that didn't stop fans from claiming that the officials handed the Chiefs another Super Bowl berth. Bills running back James Cook was not about to join that chorus. The two questionable moments that went against the Bills included Josh Allen being ruled short on a QB sneak (he may have gotten there, but it absolutely wasn't clear) and an acrobatic catch by Xavier Worthy (the Bills were called for holding anyway on the play). But again, there was an argument to be had about either side of the calls — they weren't blatantly missed. Still, Cook was asked about the officiating, and he wanted no part in blaming the refs. (Warning: Strong language in the video) Bills RB James Cook on officiating: 'At the end of the day, you got to come in there ready to go… f**k that ref sh*t. You gotta come in there ready to go, ready to play. Don't give a ref nothing to call.' (@KickinItWithDee) — SleeperNFL (@SleeperNFL) January 30, 2025 Cook said that it was the team's responsibility to play a clean game not give the refs something to call. He wasn't going to make the easy excuse of officiating, and honestly, more Bills fans should follow that example.
